I wonder if it automatically launches you toward another player, or if you get to manually control (or at least aim) yourself as a Bullet Bill.
I can imagine it now. Everyone shooting off the stage to their deaths, nonstop.
It is time for another bet. For tomorrow are you #TeamPolarBeat or #TeamSomethingElse?

I'm sure you wouldn't be able to. Notice the red mark left from where the Bullet Bill got picked up. You'll most likely get back to that spot after it's done.
#TeamSomethingElse
We just need the thunder cloud now.
Ice Climbers are rad and all, but I hope their stage this time around is more mish-mash of a ton of different NES one-offs done in a really pretty HD style. They've already sort of exhausted the icicle mountain theme IMO.
This is what I want. They could just have a simple stage based on the summit.

Isn't that basically what Brawl's IC stage starts off as before they start working in stuff unrelated to the original game? They could just have a simple stage based on the summit.

I wonder if that picture of Polar Bear is a subtle hint for Ice Climbers's reveal being tomorrow.
Everything is a hint, isn't it?

Yeah, I like the concept and loop is one of the better ones (better than FE's invisible floor fade dimension), but the platform layout is weird.Brawl's IC stages was supposed to the the summit, but it has no layout similarities to the NES summit.
It's also a right pain in the arse, I was pretty excited to play the stage seeing it on the dojo only for it to be pretty awful to deal with.
So is anyone else sad that the pokemon teaser has more views than the smash bros direct?

I just read the new German GamePro where we got the early Mario Kart 8 review. And guess what? On the last page they announced a Super Smash Bros. 4 preview for next month. Just before E3.
I wonder if any substantial new info will be in there or if it'll just be "news" from the SSB Direct....
The horizontal walls would make that a very frustrating stage. Frankly a terrible idea >=(

Yo
This NFC nintendo thread reminded me of something
You remember how skylanders was supposed to be a nintendo franchise or something like that?
Yo, spyro could have been in smash bros.
Everything is a hint, isn't it?
Damn I wonder how many items are going to be in this game. Playing with items might just become the new not playing with items.
What does this even mean.

I always use items, regardless.
They make the game way more fun and much less predictable. I mean, imo, items are an integral part of the Smash formula.
That's new, I like it![]()

Pic of the day. Bullet Bill here is an item. Can you guess what happens when you use it?

Answer: You turn into Bullet Bill and go full speed ahead!
wut
Or he could mean that playing with items will be the choice that's more fun this time (it won't).Either he thinks playing with no items is more popular than playing with items (it's not), or that the competitive community will start playing with items on (they won't).
