That might be the coolest aspect about this including setting the time of day. Don't think I have ever seen that in a racer. I honestly can't think of any game that lets you set either other than a sports game.

How do you know this? based on an icon or did the dev say so?

Normally if it's just overcast or precipitation on the track it would read "weather effects" to me weather implies just that weather, sunshine, precipitation snow/rain ect... Until I get a dev to say other wise I'm not going to take and icon and make it fact.

I think limiting Clubs to six people is a good idea. When you challenge and drive against the same people it creates a continuity in the game . you'll be like "god Damn it's those [instert club name] guys, we're in trouble"

This is Evolution we're talking about so the only safe assumption here is that they mean hurricanes.
