So this person is taking credit, saying she influenced, when the reality of the situation is that we had no clue as to what the alt costumes would be for the villager.

It is ridiculous that mainstays like Birdo, Bowser Jr. and Diddy aren't in. Even moreso when Birdo is in the game's fake advertisement.
It's sad the new characters are the koopalings, Pink Gold Peach and Baby Rosalina.

Speaking of birdo, I'm a bit surprised we dont have her for smash. A good yoshi variation, maybe stronger but a little slower. Heavier hits and a direct egg shot. Could be awesome.

Actually, the animations change based on the clothing worn & not the Villagers gender.
Also, this only in New Leaf. The Smash Villagers are based on the City Folk iterations.
