Tomorrow'll have the Wolfenstein and Transistor rewards and hopefully they'll be around for longer than a week.

Man I wish GMG had Transistor already.

Give it a bit of time. The Rush Bros. promotion has slowed things down. Most people's accounts I've checked this morning now have the rewards.
Yeah I now got them all. Unfortunately I already opened a ticket. Didn't find an option to close it myself so I just updated so you guys know it's solved. Sorry :/

Wolfenstein rewards should go up later today. Transistor I only have the standard set of rewards planned, but that might change.

Not my department, but I know our guys are looking into it.

Nah, that's fine. If you want you can give me the ticket number and I'll close it off.

We offer rewards on pretty much all new games, so if you get it at release you don't miss out. We do however still offer rewards on older games in line with sales or polls so that people who missed out can still earn rewards - just not as many. Hope that makes sense?

Any particular reason why Full Bore didn't get any rewards when it was released last week? I find it a little weird that it didn't given that it was one of the less obscure games of its batch (successful Kickstarter and all) and (IMO of course) the best game that got released in that week..

Just one question about Playfire support adding missing rewards.
When they do, will they appear in my rewards or do I only get credits?
This is the third time they've told me that it should be fixed and wait 24h for it to update, but nothing happens, still waiting for my Type Rider rewards and also since recently, SR3 Haters Gonna Hate reward.

I only got the credit manually after the refresh failed to give me the achievements. So no trace of achievements in the log but higher credit.

The truth is I was off ill that week. The colleagues who did it in my stead missed a few games unfortunately.

Haters Gonna Hate is a known issue. We add the credit, rather than add it to your rewards page.

Okay, it's hard to keep track of the current credit balance with new rewards being tracked almost every day, but I think it should be all sorted out now.
There should be an easy way to check that it was properly added though, just in case..

Is there something special we need to do? I have already sent link to my Steam account to support few days ago so you can check when i got that achievement.

Just sent in a ticket detailing my missing awards for starting all of the Star Wars games.

Best case scenario, I get the awards attached to my account and Transistor goes up on the GMG site.

I don't think I have the patience for Rush Bros. I played for the last 30 minutes and the controls are terrible. Will try to get at least a couple of them because of reasons.

Anyone want to try boosting Bunny Hunt in CS:GO?

I did it in Demolition on the Bank map with bots. First thing you do is climb up to the roof, maybe kill some of your teammates. Wait near one of the ladders that comes up to the roof from inside the building. When the enemy bots climb up, they'll kind of float in the air for a little while. Very consistent and fast method.

I'll try that, Bagges in arms race mode is proving fruitless.

Are you guys keeping track of what you should be earning yourself? I noticed my balance hasn't updated since I achieved something the other day. (Play Rush Bros for the first time was one of those things). I'm a bit worried some things will be missing from my balance and I won't notice or I'll forget it didn't go through.

About how long do the Human Tanks achievements take to get?

About an hour if you know what to do (and skip dialogue). You can get Fireworks and Blindfire by doing this a few times on the Free Battle Yumishirogahara map:

In order to get this achievement, you need a Shock Tank equipped with a Daisy Bomb. Place the Shock Tank on the top-left cell (X10 Y12) and when it gets a turn, move it NW diagonally (X09 Y11) then detonate the Daisy Bomb.

You just need to be far enough in the story to have enough resources so you can research and buy a few Daisy Bombs.

Wonder what the chance is that Greenlightbundle will get the Muffin Knight keys sent out in time to earn some rewards. It has taken them quite a long time with some of the other games. It's actually a pretty fun little game though.

Thanks for posting this, I had about given up on those because I figured it would take me a couple of hours to get to the point of being able to do them.

Well crap, I'm now part of the My Rewards Aren't Tracking Anymore Club. I used to feel so lucky.

I've fixed the 3 rewards you we're missing. Not sure why they didn't come through because your account has been tracking Steam and issuing rewards perfectly fine in recent times. Got tech looking into it incase there's a bug.

Thanks a lot, you guys are awesome.

If you're considering doing the Ascend: Hand of Kul achievements, be aware it's a non-trivial 6-7 hour commitment at the minimum to get all three, plus you'll be quite gimped while you're putting all your souls into raising one spell. It's pretty fun, there's some obnoxious difficulty spikes on a couple of ogre bosses but they can be cheesed (run away heal, come back, stand right at edge of leash range to kite it).

Easiest way to get the second achievement "Know Thy Enemy" is to Ascend and choose a different god, when you come back you can go retake all your old shrines, there will be player defenders there that will count for the achievement.

All told I can't say I'd really recommend the game but I did end up putting about 9 hours into it across two days. However I did get so mad at the ogre boss I rage uninstalled at one point...

Just noticed the new Out There Somewhere achievements:

  • Out There Somewhere - unlock Light Bridges - £0.10
  • Out There Somewhere - unlock Mirror mirror - £0.25
  • Out There Somewhere - unlock 107% - £0.50

Apparently that $ = € = £ was just a visual bug.

This appears to have been something of an issue over the weekend, we are looking into what has caused this bug.

You will receive the correct credit when it transfers over, this is just a visual bug.

EDIT: LTTP

Oh boy my credit isn't transferring again and it's been almost 2 weeks since I've heard from support. I wish I could give support some slack but that ban still stings a bit.

That doesn't appear to be the case? I checked your account and your last reward was transferred yesterday. Correct me if I'm wrong.
