I still can not believe Manhattan was snubbed. Not to sound entitled, but we do house the Nintendo World Store. Smh.
Which is likely why it was snubbed.
There will probably be demos and more the NWS.

Not one single place in Orlando...![]()

Last time they had a Best Buy locator for their event (was it last E3?), the locations were subject to change up until pretty damn close to the event. I think stores are constantly opting in/out of these things. My friend checked the site several times up until the date and it was like a rollercoaster trying to figure out where the event would be.
There are no events listed at the NWS for smash.

Yeah. I was thinking about Daytona Beach but that's pretty out of the way. Maybe South Tampa if I'm down there.
Why go all the way to South Tampa? Lakeland would be a lot closer... (we're that middleish sized city that's right in between Tampa and Orlando)
Sucks for people in Orlando... especially since you'll likely head to my location (Lakeland).
That would be weird. I they had the 4 E3 demos there last year. As well as a live broadcast of the Direct.
Damn, not at the Boston location.
Wow that's great.l! This year my state's location is the one close to me and a step from my University. Do people think coming at 3:30 will get me a gold coin? I doubt over 60 others will have preordered before then. Here's hoping.
Crowd control issues I assume? You can only enter the store via stairs and there isn't much room on the sidewalk in front of the store, especially not when you factor in that the event is going to be running through rush hour. The situation would be completely uncontrollable. Why is it always the Long Island City Best Buy that gets it in NYC? I'd figure the Union Square location would make the most sense to hold the event but I guess Nintendo thinks otherwise. Regardless, I'll be making the trip to get my hands on it.
Nothing near Philadelphia?
I'm assuming people who camp out for this are living in really populated areas? I'm pretty sure I'm safe in MO. Hell the Black Friday near me was a joke. Since this is a Nintendo and Wii U thing I'm guessing not many people will be showing up anyway, seems like an only diehard thing, parents will probably not give enough of a shit to chauffeur their kids since its not a holiday gift. Arriving an hour early might be good enough really.
Seeing how there's never been a bad Smash game, I'm betting on it being good.
