new update regarding the rewards not updating:

SERVICE UPDATE: Just a quick update to let you know that we are aware an number of you aren't seeing achievements appear on your Playfire profiles. This is due to a server error with the Steam API. Once Valve has addressed the issue you should find your profile begins to track correctly again. We do appreciate that this will have the potential to impact your ability to earn rewards and that some of you have already missed out on some GMG Credit as a result, when or if this happens please contact Customer Support once the rewards period has passed.

Yeah they've been blaming the API thing for a couple days now, even though as far as anyone can tell, every other site that uses similar tracking (like Raptr) is still working just fine. At least now they aren't saying it's only a small portion of users, since it's pretty obvious it's essentially everyone.

My bigger concern is if they truly believe it's just Steam's problem, are they even trying to work on it? Or is now their entire Playfire staff doing nothing but responding to the thousands of support messages they have to be getting? It doesn't bode well at all for the long term viability of the program, and their customer service regarding the entire issue is pretty abysmal.
 
So, I got two of the achievements for Resident Evil 4. How do I prove to GMG that I earned them, if they don't show up? Is there a timestamp I can find for proof?
 
Anyone tried getting the Outlast achievements? Heard that half of them were locked behind the Whistleblower DLC, is that true?

Nah, just unreleased without preorder. Steamlessness Companion mistakes them for F2P.
 
What the hell is up with their support?
These are the replies I got to a ticket for missing rewards going since April 27th

The good news is, that we have recently rolled out a fix for an issue where certain rewards were not being credited to the customers' Green Man Gaming account. This should resolve the majority of issues our users have been reporting.

Nothing changed since last time.

How hard can it be to add four rewards to my list? That doesn't even include everything missing since last thursday which I assume will never be fixed either.

EDIT: I take everything back.
I replied with the complete list of rewards that I have been missing and added my profile achievement pages for each game. A few hours later I get a reply that the full amount has been added to my GMG account. The rewards don't show up the the rewards page though. They just gave me credit, which is cool.

Either I finally gave them enough information, or support was instructed to handle things less complicated after last weekend.
 
Anyone got their Outlast Rewards? They don't seem to be registering even after the fix
 
This hasn't been posted in it's entirety yet

Service Update *UPDATED* - Working alongside valve we've formulated a fix for achievements not tracking that has now been deployed. It might take a while for your accounts to update and you may need to run the affected game (for about a minute) to allow for your earned achievements to update.

*REWARDS* We are aware that there were a number of rewards which expired during the downtime. Unfortunately, like achievements tracked after the cut off point these will not automatically register on the site. You will need to contact Customer Support for these rewards to be processed.

For the rewards which are active, once you've fired up the game again and the site has updated your earned achievements, you should automatically receive the rewards.

I just got a whole bunch of Wolfenstein achievement rewards after launching Wolf and playing a bit (for 2 new achievements) last night. Launched a couple of other games just now but rewards for those were expired. I figure I'll let the system pick it up (if it does) and then ask support to back date the rewards on them, if possible.

Interesting, I'll try this with The Cave and see if it'll register the 2 cheevos it didn't from way back in February.

It won't. That message is talking about current rewards. Backdating the rewards will be for games that expired during the bugs that have been happening the last few days.

EDIT: List is back again. Same thing happened yesterday so I guess it's bugging ot every now and then

Regarding the missing checkmarks

The check marks were all removed on purpose yesterday. Since the changes we made around transferring the credit more regularly we found they were causing confusion for a lot of people so we made a call to remove them.

As for this morning - that should be a lot more stable now.

It probably wasn't so much confusion, as them getting tired of getting tickets from people about how it hadn't credited yet only to have them already get the credit by the time the ticket was filled. For a while I was getting pretty impressed with the program as mine was consistently crediting every time I logged into GMG, but then all the issues happened last weekend.
 
So, I do a handful of achievements within an hour or two, of course only one is tracked (but doesn't show up).

This was all last week too.
 
Has anyones Wolfenstein achievements been rewarded? I have 5 of them that haven't been yet, only the first time playing has worked. Getting annoyed, already missing:

All Battleblock Theater rewards
4 Transistor rewards
5 Outlast vanilla rewards
1 Resident Evil 4 HD rewards

Already have a support ticket going, and have added onto it with the newer ones I had gotten. It's only been responded to once since the 24th telling me to list the ones missing a certain way. I've even tried using the beta client to see if that would make them pop up but nadda.

I'm still missing all the recent achievements as well. I take the vanishing lists as signs of them "doing stuff" to hopefully fix it.

So we'll just have to wait and see. I'd recommend recording manually any achievement you get in the meantime.

For those wondering about the difficulty of the DmC rewards, I just started playing it and:

These are real easy and you get just by playing normally
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - play for the first time - £0.10
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Come on Puppy. Let's go! - £0.10
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Impressive - £0.10
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Flock off, feather-face! - £0.10
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Time to go to work guys! - £0.10
This I suppose most people would normally get when completing the game once since it means finding at least half of the lost souls:
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock And you are set free - £0.25
These mean finding every lost soul, copper key and hidden doors, so they require finishing the game at least once and then replaying several missions
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Dude, the show's over! - £0.50
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Let's welcome chaos! - £0.50
  • DmC: Devil May Cry - unlock Fill your dark soul with light - £0.50
And finally these seem to be skill based so probably easy to miss. Haven't got to either part of the game yet, so maybe someone that has can shed some light on that.

All in all seems doable in the time period given, I already got the first five for example.
 
Crap almost forgot about the Dark Void Zero cheevos! Gonna get DmC downloading later today, how big is it 15 GB?
