So who is it? Human/human characters with powers to be more precis.

Reed Richards? Peter Parker? Dr. Doom? Black Panther? Tony Stark? Superman? Batman? The Flash? Lex Luthor? Etc....

I was reading the thread about richest comic book characters, and Only Black Panther that was praised for being one of the smartest in the Marvel universe.

Reed Richards, followed by Doom, followed by Apocalypse maybe. And then way down at the end of the food chain is Amadeus Cho.

Batman with enough prep time

I edited and included it since your recommendation made plenty of sense :D

That's good, glad to know i'm not going crazy.

Also wasn't there some kid who was like the 5th smartest person on the planet? and his entire power revolved around his intelligence? I remember him from an extra chapter at the end of the planet hulk volume or something.

Don´t Superman and the Flash learn things extremely fast? Flash´s brains functions faster than normal human brains, which make him one of the smartest characters around, iirc.

IIRC New 52 Superman gained 10 years of medical training by reading a bunch of books to stop Lois Lane's internal bleeding. But yeah I don't think they'll make "super learning" a routine skill.

Second day in a row I had to come into a thread to mention Mister Terrific.

Except for Future's End Mr. Terrific who doesn't appear to be that smart.

But still.

Mr. Terrific.

Though I guess he is technically 3rd in the DC universe.

I don't know who the other two are.

Luther
??? (Batman?)
Mr. T

Lex Luthor is pretty smart. I would say he is smarter than Batman.

I have seen it in some cartoons/series he blitz reads a book and he can remember all the details. I can´t remember which. Doesn´t that ability put him above RR?

An interdimension multiverse where there's a utopia because of multiple Reeds with infinity gauntlets.

In contrast, there's also the interdimensional Reeds that can kill anything they wish when put together.

The Council of Reeds are Reeds that have taken over their universes and recruit others to do the same.

The council of Reeds wanted to take over the multiverse. Well i guess that some of the Reeds in these universes are dark. I would guess the council decided to take over the multiverse because they think they can bring peace to it or something.

Well he can obviously do it, but he's not an active inventor or anything like that. So other more resourceful characters are above him. I could not recall any feats that could compete with these other guys.

But his parents were two of the smartest people on one of the most advanced planets in the universe. And Superman has been living under a yellow sun for decades. The potential is there. It would take some crazy strong writing to explore it though.

Brainiac 5 (Querl Dox) would have these chumps Quantumsterilize his test tubes...

I mean if they passed the entrance testings.
