They originally hired Drew to fold T-shirts. At some point, he mentioned that he previously worked at a video game studio as a video editor, and when they let him demonstrate his skills, he was quickly promoted.
They didn't talk about it much today. I'm pretty sure they have gone into more detail about this on a friday show a while ago.

Easily half a dozen times over the years in various videos and podcasts. Drew didn't even originally work in the basement. He was upstairs with every one else until Vinny stole him. Wasn't his job before that making Xbox achievement icons for some game?

To be fair, they're driving through the San Joaquin valley, where gas stations are few and far between so they can gouge.
It's not that high everywhere. I filled up near Sacramento for $3.88 or so a few days ago. High, yes, but not $5.

Yep.
I'm never going to be able to remember the episode. But it was this music that played, the medley you hear a lot when in non-combat parts of the game. It caused an almost Pavlovian response in me as I reached to turn off my DS that wasn't even with me.
