Yeah, honestly ever since Nintendo moved to Directs years ago it's clearly been the best way. This is just a brilliant extension of that. Cut the shitty mainstream media right out of it.

You got it. Last year was a more or less failed attempt at this, because last year they were missing this post-Digital Event coverage. They allowed assholes like the guy from Gametrailers (Geoff?) to run wild with their bullshit. With this year's whole-show format, they control the message and get more raw, pure information out there than all of the gaming "journalists" combined.
