Doesn't look like it. No idea what Fought the Dragon entails but it's one of the more common unlocks. Blitzkrieg Ace requires 5 Blitz battle wins in a row and Battle Master requires winning 50 battles total.
And it seems the game requires you to register an account. Eff dat shizz.

The .5 Mortal Kombat achievement is easier than it sounds. If you have played a bit of the game you probably have a bit of in-game money saved up. Flawless victories net you 1000$ too. Once you have ~40,000-45,000$ go to the Krypt under extras and buy these:
I only had to grind a bit to buy the last couple. Just check them off as you buy them. Once bought go to the other area under extras and visit every character to have the bonus costume unlock.
A flawless multiplayer victory is super easy with a friend and 10,000 pints of blood just requires grinding a bit.

How difficult are the Crusader Kings II achievements?
Marriage one can be done in seconds, the exalted one requires you to amass high prestige while having the become exalted ambition and is pretty easy to get. The United The Kingdoms is pretty difficult as it requires you to conquer and unite all of England/Ireland/Scotland/Wales. Best way to do this is start as Irish ruler (which is basically easy mode for the game), try to form the kingdom of Ireland and then conquer the other Kingdoms when they are weak.
Just keep in mind that you need to play in Ironman mode to earn achievements

I'll preface this by saying yes ironman is enabled. Is there a tutorial for marrying and becoming exalted? I tried the arrange marriage thing but nothing seems to have happened and I figured out how to set my ambition to exalted but I have no idea how to get prestige for it.
EDIT: Oh, got the marriage one. I didn't realize the game was paused.
You gain prestige as time passes depending on the titles you and your vassals hold. You can also gain extra prestige by marrying someone with a higher rank, Winning wars or through random events. The achievement requires you to get 1000 points.
Play as a Holy Roman Emperor. Your huge number of vassals and lands will net you prestige pretty fast. Also try marrying your children to other princes and princesses and you will eventually get te achievement

Hard Reset is insane. I got 15/25 Searcher, then got stuck on the incredibly hard Rocket Robot Twins.
Achievement guides here and at CAG have been pretty helpful, as it's always difficult to gauge how "doable" certain achievements are. Some games have guides on Steam, but it's always nice to get tips here.

I've gotten pretty good at cross-referencing the appless site with the console achievement sites. When I find good easy ones I'll try to explain them in here.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. Organising our summer sale and implementing ~50 rewards a day to complement it tends to take up most of my day.
There were a few bugs a week or two, but generally speaking tracking is going well. You're looking at a delay of up to around 24 hours, but we're working on getting that down. Obviously when lots of people join Playfire this tends to be a side effect.

Did you do a big upgrade of your servers? I've noticed in the past few days it is loading a huge amount quicker.
Downloading 30gb files just for 0.50£ seems not worth it :/

Has anyone's Lego Marvel achievements been counted? I haven't had anything counted since the 10th (for Marvel and one for that shitty Aliens: Colonial Marines...woof that game).
It's mentioned at the bottom of every rewards blog post, it's at the bottom of the latest one for example. Check with support if you think it's not been applied.
I have, mine took two days to go through.
Even worse for me, I'm considering buying it so that I can download 30GB of files to get the 50p reward.

All 4 of the Lego ones I managed as well as the Alien one popped for me. It did take longer than usual though.

Odd, I bought Blackgate yesterday with credit played through the first level and now today I have 10p for playing it for the first time. Can't find anywhere that it is a current award game and it didn't give me anything for the "domestic disturbance" achievement.
I see the reward mentioned but I never got the reward.

The Dirt Showdown rewards seem to be pretty easy so long as you set the difficulty to easy lol.

How long does Playfire take to update? Sill haven't get my credit from Mortal Kombat.
My rewards page shows each "played for the first time" I was awarded yesterday twice, though my credit hasn't transferred to GMG yet so I don't know if I'll actually be awarded that or not. My account also synced much later last night than it had been, not until almost 430 am EST (had been around 1-2 am EST). But it did catch everything from the past two days without issue. We'll see if it continues this same pattern tomorrow.
My current pattern is rewards credit every other day and the credit transfers on the opposite day. So up to two days from when you get the achievement until when you see the reward posted. However, it is still updating the achievements page once each day so you should see that after one day.

We've implemented some caching to take the load off. Also we did a free game giveaway a week or two ago, so tracking all that activity cause a bit of slowdown, but our servers are pretty much caught up now.
Yeah, you still get 50p although I'm seeing some users not getting it. There's a bug there that I need to investigate.

I assume you're talking about New Vegas Ultimate? Isn't the only difference that you get all the DLC? I would hope it doesn't count as a separate app because I was working at it
They're the same app, I used to have the base game and the store page for the Ultimate Edition would show that I owned it (have since bought the UE for the DLC though).

Apparently I'm eligible for a ton of "play for the first time" GTA rewards, even though I swear I've tried all my GTAs at least once.
Same here, I even checked my playfire log and it says I already got rewards.

They're split into separate PC and Mac versions.

Marlow Briggs is pretty great except for some annoying platforming sections. Otherwise a lot of fun and doesn't take itself too seriously. Does a good job of poking fun at the genre while being a good example of it as well. Be sure to follow the guide to the collectables from the beginning because you can't go back. Even the .25 reward is pretty far in, I just got it and I've been playing over 3 hours. But if it's been on your radar, give it a shot.

That thing never works properly for me. Says I can get rewards that I can't, and says I can't for rewards I know I can. That's why I keep track manually.
I totally agree. The platforming sections are a pain in the ass tho.
I've never had an issue with it myself, to offer a differing opinion. The only problem I have is the the Playfire site tends to drag behind, so they don't stay in sync. Helped me get a bunch of achievements yesterday, including a Portal one I didn't realise I hadn't already got.

How long did that take you? It got pretty boring for me and I stopped after I got the other two achievements.
