Are there are problems with cross-region redemption?

I got the US codes, but I would kinda prefer using them with another region's account. ( not that it matters, really)

Or can I download to my US account, and just play it through my other account like all other regular PS4 games?

I think its region limited. BUt if you don't want your US code I'll gladly ask for it!!

ABOUT the second point, a gaffer above said he input the code in a secondary account and now can't use the primary one.
