Sony's Team LFG game hasn't entered alpha stage (seems will enter pre-alpha soonish)

SIE posted a job offer for Staff Community Developer to work at Bellevue (Washington), where they have both Bungie and Team LFG, in a new 'multiplayer action' IP. Meaning, it's for the Team LFG game, codenamed 'gummy bears'.

"We are seeking a pro-social values-aligned Staff Community Developer to join our team. You will work closely with the game directors and leads to set the direction for our community management strategy. In this role, you will build a pre-alpha community from the ground up via Discord and other social channels to grow a new multiplayer action game. We consider this specific community role to be more of a "Behind-the-Scenes Architect" (instead "The Spokesperson") to design out-of-game systems and events that foster engagement, and draft policies that community members adopt to self-regulate conduct towards good sportsmanship. Most importantly, you will work with a fun, dedicated, and passionate team devoted to turning a creative dream into a new franchise at PlayStation."

Edit: Actually read it.

"out-of-game systems and events"

Sony has this tournament system that I really wish Xbox had, it's a legit cool idea, probably came from initiatives like these.

Who am I kidding, the same clowns who muscle their way into these companies will do the same thing they always do.
