IIRC only the PS3 and Vita versions are cross-buy. The PS4 version is not.

Correct, the PS4 version is sort of a "Deluxe Edition" with a larger building area and other tweaks. It's not cross buy with the Vita/PS3 versions and it's only compatible with them one-way (import worlds only, no export).
PS3 and Vita versions are cross buy, if you have either of those you can buy the PS4 version for $5 instead of $20 like normal. So if you want it on Vita and PS4, best bet is buy PS3/vita version then pay $5 for the PS4 version, so $25 total for all 3.
Of course, it is possible PS4 version will have some reverse cross buy, or even that the $5 upgrade to PS4 deactivates the old versions like FF XIV PS3-PS4, so you may want to confirm how everything works.

Bought Borderlands 2 at Target because of the $15 off promo. Cross save is patched in already, right?
There are some names on that list that definitely aren't coming (Saboteur, Broken, Yakuza are the first three I noiced)
Though yeah, Vita has plenty of upcoming games, I think there at least 20 that I plan on getting

Got myself Injustice on my Vita. I am kind of in love. This is the best fighting game I've ever played on a handheld. Mixed reviews be damned, I'm having a blast. The story was good, and while I'm kind of disappointed the single battle modes don't really have a story (save for the epilogue), I can't complain. I guess the story mode had enough.
Tempted to get the PS4 version, but I feel like I'd spend more time playing it on my Vita.
Painful decision!
I'm surprised at how much I enjoy playing the game. Destiny is such a boring game to watch. >.<Seems like you're enjoying it.

Maybe I'll get the PS4 bundle.
I don't have a PS4, so it was Vita or bust. Make sure to get the Ultimate edition.
The Ultimate edition is the only one available for the Vita and PS4.

While the game isn't as bad as my original thoughts, I'm still not a fan after beating it yesterday (PC version). Though I do want to load it back up to play around with some of the characters you don't really get to control during story mode to see if I like any of them better.
You should buy this game if you enjoy arcadey sports with engrossing gameplay. It features a fairly lengthy story mode where you travel the globe to spread the love of tennis! Killzone's Helghast soldiers have a cameo and are playable too.

Basically, my general thoughts that Squenix's decision was moronic, complete with a #novitanosale hashtag. Apparently, almost every blog comment, not just on that entry, with that hashtag got bahleeted.
