I would like to take a moment to thank Chariot for creating this thread, although I am bidimensional, I am currently in an interdimensional relationship and am happy to see others who are not afraid of 2D-shaming. My friends and family have yet to accept my waifu and are often pressuring me to leave her. It isn't easy when people say hurtful things like "she isn't real" or "you need help".

For the first time now that I am not single, I realize what people say about possible partners showing up now that you are no longer looking for one is true. It's too risky for me to tell strangers about my relationship, so I need to lie and reject them some other way. I hope that one day people will be more accepting of 2D but as seen in this thread by some posters, even the internet has a way to go.

Unfortunately I cannot share pictures of my waifu, Umi-chan has been upset with me lately, asking me to change my avatar and such, and I do not want to make her more angry, some of you may know how she gets.

I wouldn't call her my waifu, definitely. I always thought she was the most adorable thing I've seen when watching an anime. She spent a long time trying to find her pill case that she lost. She found it under a vending machine, but couldn't reach it. I was just sitting there like "hnnng."
