PlayStation Network Thread (Vita/PS3/PS4) | June 2014

on a scale of 1-10 how waifu is Sorcery Saga: Curse Of The Great Curry God?

Not waifu at all imo, more like daughteru and sonsu(lol, sorry i really don't know how this thing works) to me.
I feel bad for the evil lord
he's a good guy.

I'm not too sure about Tearaway but I can bet that P4G will never enter IGC at least until a few more years because it is simply too profitable at the moment being the most well known vita title.

What I can assure you is that P4G will continue to be on sale month after month at least because having a sale is an Atlus staple.

Buy them both. They are the best reasons for owning a vita.

Thanks guys, looks like I'm gonna have to use up some of the PSN credit I got floating around!!

Another stupid question on my part, those games that are free with PS Plus, can I still get them if I use the 14 day trial right now or did I miss the boat? And how does it work exactly? Like is it a long term rental as long as I keep renewing Plus?

That's a low blow, suppa.

You should be ashamed.

Yes on the first but only on the current IGC and future IGCs. Past IGC cannot be claimed unless they are put on the current list again.

And yes it's basically a long term rental as long as you subscribe.

A game got for free with PS+ is yours forever but playable only when PS+ is active, if a game leaves the IGC and you didn't buy(for free)/downloaded at least one time then you lost it.

I just received this mail.

Better late than never, I guess.
A fellow (V)Itabro :)

Hmm, I wonder what will come in place of these games?

Nothing, no more yearly games.

Valiant Hearts looks good, I'll probably grab that.

Also, new Blazblue on Vita? Missed that. How was the first one? Did it run well?

Pretty good, as it was a launch game. Some issues are the long load time, blander special effects and the voice quality wasn't as good as the PS3 version.

Chrono Phantasma vita impressions from JP: PS3 perfect, but with longer loading times.

I get the feeling that Hot Shots Golf will be added to the IGC at some point, but $3 is cheap enough that I won't regret my decision if it happens.

I found this comprehensive pastebin on upcoming Vita games and dates. Damn, it's a pretty impressive list of upcoming games.

....165 Vita games coming soon....and yet Sony failed to properly show them off at E3 X(....

At least there is A TON of content still coming to the platform and this content is damn good content too; quality exclusives like SS Delta and Freedom Wars, promising Kickstarter tittles like Shante and Mighty No. 9, support from Namco, Altus and other Japanese 3rd parties and tons of indie games continuing to flood the Vita.

Will currently get a good number of these games :D.

Only on Playstation Sale Starts tomorrow. What a poor sale :(

....If the Ratchet Future games are going to be five bucks....EVERYONE should get them
XD! These two games are by far some of the best Ratchet games ever made (with the only ones coming close are Up Your Arsenal and Going Commando) and have the best stories, weapons (dat Groveatron man XD) and in general killer gameplay.

Really glad they are coming digital soon; give the series a bit more exposure and new comers into the series can experience really quality Ratchet and Clank :).

So I STILL haven't bought Tearaway or Persona 4 Golden yet. They're both on sale on the EU store. Shall I bite the bullet? Or are they likely PS+ offerings for the next couple of months?

Dude....both have sucked away 200+ hours of my time and in Persona's case, I beat the game FOUR times in a row (and starting my Max Social Link run now)...get the games man.

The former is a very charming platformer that nails its controls (by far the only Vita game that does the rear touch pad justice), visuals, music and is just infectiously charming...it was my GOTY last year :D. The latter is a wonderful JRPG that is very welcoming to new comers of the genera; many difficulty levels, fun gameplay mechanics, great story, and the social link system is an ingenious way to add more story while giving the core gameplay something.

Just get both; they are well worth their full price anyway :).

How is PASBR port? Runs well? Also, is the game fun? Probably gonna buy that and HSG, don't know if will have enough money for Tearaway*, need to buy MK8.

Don't remind me :/

Curses... I bought Sorcery Saga at regular price last night fml

I bought the physical copy at launch and still haven't touched it.

It's fun for awhile, to play through as all the characters and try to unlock stuff. I'm pretty sure the menus and UI took a platform hit, but the game ran smooth all the time for me. I only paid $9.99 for a new copy, had the Kat & Starhawk DLC free from when it was new, and then bought the Zeus & Isaac DLC, along with the two extra stages... so I felt like I got my money's worth.

You can't go wrong with HSG at all, but if PSABR is cheap, it's not a bad game.

PSBR is great on Vita and PS3 and fun as hell. Bought it day one with no regrets.

Thanks to both of you.

Yep, SCEE hasn't played vanilla SS.

If you go to Inspect Element on Google Chrome you can play a little with the HTML code. I used my really basic HTML skills to force my browser show a thread called that way (I changed this thread name, btw).

Or you can think SCEE has just discovered that Soul Sacrifice Delta is on PSN
