Get ready to party tonight after we win, lads. COME ON INGERLAND!

QUOTE]Wow that is a terrifying gif. The fuck

BASTA de esta puta discusión

Coward Webb is... well, exactly that. A coward, afraid to make some big decisions, guided by his intention of "not sticking out like a sore thumb" during the match. Sadly, he accomplishes the exact opposite. I still can't believe the FA considers him to be England's best referee.

Oh well.

Bring me the Massey

Phil Dowd is better too, as are most of them :P

Saw him earlier this season at Cardiff, he gave a weak penalty to Stoke just before half time (which they scored). Crowd went mad, booing, giving him stick... a couple of minutes into the 2nd half he gave Cardiff a penalty to even it out.

He can be played, Howard Webb. Use him wisely.

stats lovers.

NUMBER OF WORLD CUP PLAYERS BY LEAGUE

1. England's Premier League (105)
2. Italy's Serie A (81)
3. Germany's Bundesliga (73)
4. Spain's Primera Division (62)
5. France's Ligue 1 (47)
6. Russia's Premier League (34)
7. Mexico's Liga MX (26)
8. Turkey's Super Lig (24)
9. Portugal's Primera Division (22)
9. USA's MLS (22)

I've always liked soccer but when I see stuff like this it reminds me why I usually only watch the World Cup.

too many leagues. I wouldn't even know which to follow. Supposedly MLS is improving but I want to watch the best of the best play.

Watch the Champions League then.

As my Portuguese brother said, just watch the Champions League while you figure out which team to support :)

Dont bother next season though, wait a year and United will be back in.

At the expense of Arsenal

One main league in every country. Not that hard.

To be fair, that's a bit like saying you can't find a single team to watch because a lot of the best players are in other teams. You could still watch the other teams as well.

Even if MLS improved dramatically, it still wouldn't resolve your problem - there would still be a lot of good players dispersed across the European leagues.

I don't really think you should be watching for the superstars anyway - start with one of either the Premier League/La Liga/Bundesliga and see if any club grabs your interest.

Seconding (thirding?) the Champions League recommendation. It's the best teams from each of the European leagues and follows a similar format to the World Cup (group stage followed by knockout rounds). Probably the most prestigious competition in club football as well.

When you find a team you like, follow them in their domestic league.

I did this, and in 2008 I started supporting Chelsea, after that match against Liverpool

With that being said, Drogba will play 5 minutes and Ivory Coast will score 3 times

Eugh

I retract my recommendation to start with the CL if it leads to people choosing Chelsea :P

That 7-5 in 08/09 is the GOAT CL tie

Not feeling either of these teams, tbh.

Columbia 2:1 Ivory Coast

on 2010 1-2 were out on first phase :(
That was insane as well!

God, always the fucking pressure on Germany to reach the top 4 again. Which team can keep up that much consistency? I'm always scared that the current tournament is where the streak breaks.
