I hope you are joking. You are talking about one of the only true two sport athletes in the modern era.

As for his career season average in the NFL, he didn't get the touches to compete yardage wise, but his production is unquestionable. His career rushing average per touch is 5.4.

The all time running back career record is 5.2 held by Jim Brown. Adrian Peterson's is 5.0.
