yea that gameplay was bad plus the voices/ voice quips *shudder*.

but its not just Jeff being "unfair"/indifferent to a sonic game this time around. lol
 
The Sonic segment on Bombin'...Sonic as Alien is the stuff of nightmares.

Also I can't wait to play Shovel Knight.

As expected. It's cool they have a machine but if someone really wants to try the Primal Rage 2 prototype it shouldn't be too hard.
 
Weird that the upcoming UFC Quick Look is been published at such a weird time. There cannot be an embargo for it, seeing that the game is out already (released last Friday in Europe).

Arcade people are usually super particular about playing on actual hardware. I don't even know if it runs in MAME.

Well that probably isn't original hardware except for the board.

If the ROM does not work in any emulator then it's a much bigger deal.
 
Sneak King seems a low ball kinda way for a ribbing someone. I would sent Jeff a crate of Yoshi games and memorabilia if I wanted to do something like that

If I remember correctly, Jeff has been recieving those for months now and Lang began recieving them not that long ago. I believe they're all sent from a tattoo parlor? Jeff did mention that someone was selling a bunch of those games on eBay for almost nothing a good while ago, so my bet would be that someone bought those games and began mailing them to both of them.

It's a funny/weird/creepy prank.

Isn't real baseball? Uh alright. You can also tie in baseball if it's at the end of a season, the game gets suspended and the result doesn't matter. If you're talking about 'real' baseball.
 
I wonder what Patrick thinks of Yoshi's Story. I enjoyed it at the time... but that time was also when I was a child. I tried playing it a while ago and it had a weird druggy quality that I found really unsettling. Ironically that game does let you manually aim the eggs so maybe Jeff would like it.

Heh, I don't think the GB community has the right to look down on anyone, especially the mods. They're universally terrible apart from that Marino bloke who's a beast on the wiki.

That's harsh. I would argue Giant Bomb has one of the best communities out there, but whatever.
