How do you decide which console to buy games on? I feel bad if I leave one console sitting there without touching it for months on end...

Whatever has the cheapest games

Otherwise, whatever is the best version

Otherwise, default to PS4 cause I'm a trophy whore

Exclusive content first, shooting games on Xbox, controller is better suited, depends on my friends as well, rest is usually on my PS4.

Right now I'm defaulting all to PS4 for multiplatforms. Last gen it was 360. It's really just dependent on where multiplayer is going to be, and right now everyone else I know who has jumped into next gen is leaning PS4.

Uh, I don't own both yet but it's pretty straight forward.

Buy 3rd party games on PS4 for the better graphics.

Buy 1st party exclusives for both.

PS4 for most multiplats and games with better performance. Once in a while I'll get a XBO multiplat if it's MP and my friends are getting it on the XBO.

My brother only has a Xbox One so if its a game he will want to borrow afterwards/play multiplayer with I will always get that version.

To be honest my PS4 is just for exclusives (so doesn't get much use atm).

I know its technically meant to be 'worse' but meh, I don't really notice. My TV doesn't even do 1080p lol. 720p is good enough for me right now.

What I don't understand is the multiconsole owners who play multiplats the most deciding to own a X1 and PS4 without caring about one or the others exclusives or the different features each console has. If that's the case you're better off playing the multiplats on the console that it performs the best on or the console that most of your friends are playing on. Eventually down the line you will end up playing most of your games on one console and will question why you bought the other console to begin with.

To me it doesn't matter as I buy multiplats on Xbox One as well.

I just get what interests me on both systems for exclusvies and multiplats.

I'll go for PS4 generally but I'm starting to think about buying more games on the Bone, when the difference isbetween PS4 and X1 is not much, because of the suspend/resume. I don't have that much free time to play and it's great to be able to quit a game without worrying about saving my game before quitting.

I only have have Killzone and Infamous for the PS4. I have everything else (11 games) on the XB1.
The reason is simple. I Wasn't gonna get a PS4 this soon.

Multiplats and XB exclusives on XBO for achievements/friends/ecosystem/controller
I only purchased the PS4 for PS exclusives

I think I look at it on a case by case basis. I double dipped on BF4. I'm buying Destiny on both I believe also. I bought Assasins Creed 4 on PS4,but bought COD on X1. I kinda carry over from what I did with PS3/360. I buy some multi on Wii U also. COD Blops 2 was great.

Well, it depends I guess. If I am really hyped for the game, the only option for me to get it here and now is digital downloads. And PSN is slow piece of dog turd. If I can wait or there is massive graphical difference I will just buy PS4 imports, otherwise I will buy digitally on Xbox One. Also if game doesn't have platinum, I will buy it on Xbox One, period.

So far I got Watch_Dogs, Murdered, Trials, Child of Light, Strider, MGS5 demo and Wolfenstein on Xbox One (multiplatform), everything else is on PS4. I notice I use Xbox One most of the time, because Sony also being cunts and not making their Music Service available due to IP lock. Xbox Music has better app, both for console and Android phones and better music library, and it also works in China with no restrictions. Also Achievements>Trophies for life.

Exclusives for both, multiplayer multiplat games on Xbox. The only thing that's changed is now I buy single player multiplats on PS4 since they're better there.

Single player experiences I buy on PlayStation 4 and multiplayer experiences I buy on XB1 since all of my friends own an XB1. Although a good enough sale can disrupt me buying a multiplatform single player experience on PS4. And obviously exclusives I find appealing for both.

I buy games I want, not games for platforms I want to play on. So if the game is exclusive I will just buy that, otherwise I get the game on the PS4. However I would get a Bone version if the price was drastically lower.

Also as far as multiplayers go with multiplat games the PS4 has had a staggering larger amount of players on every multiplat multiplayer game worth playing so if you are one who cares about competition and playing the most populated multiplayers on the more popular console doesn't that kinda make it a no brainer on which console to play on? also not to mention the performance and resolution.

Priority of importance:

1. Performance
2. Ecosystem (friends list, trophies v. chieves)
3. Price

I actually buy most multiplats on PC but if I didn't I'd probably buy them on PS4.

Friends > Strangers.

Only Xbone and PS4?

Bro do you even lift? I have all three.

To answer your question, PS4 for most multiplats and games that will eventually go multiplat. Microsoft for their exclusives. Nintendo for their exclusives and if I ever have guests over.

Outside of the launch titles (where I went ps4) I feel most of the titles I've bought for either console have been exclusive so this doesn't really come up. I'll buy for whichever console I'm using more at the time unless the port is really shitty though
