You're right, and I'm reacting without having seen the interview itself. The person suggesting that he said Nomura is behind Final Fantasy's recent downwards trend along with that being implied in the video title seems like something they would say. Show just seems to bring out the worst in them, although the interviews can be good.

Yeah, broke for me too. I heard it broke for other people in the past, but it always seemed to be okay for me over the years. This is the first time I have seen it screw up.
Bombin is usually a 3:30PM show for me, so as far as I can tell everything is 6 hours out for me (based on GMT).
It only takes into account the pages (and number of times) you've visited since your last history wipe. Danny seems like a guy who clears his history every hour.

I still find myself clearing my history because of the weird threads and other stuff I might click on. It's like, it wouldn't really matter if someone saw it, but it would be more trouble to explain than it's worth.

As much as I love final fantasy Nomura's character designs are so boring now.
I have never really liked his design style. Always too much bullshit going on, too many fucking belts (which he has thankfully toned down in later years, but that doesn't help much overall).

Since he is directing 15 I hope someone else has a shot at the character designs!
His influence will be felt regardless, so I don't think it'll matter much. Enough people seem to like his style so there's probably not a big demand for change. I'm just so fucking tired of that look now, but from the trailers we've seen of XV it seems like more of the same.
He's at his best when he reigns in some of the more extravagant design decisions to a more down to earth style or when his designs are taken as conceptual and the sprite/3D model artists are allowed to interpret it for the game.
That said, I've always been partial to his monster designs.

I dunno. From the designs of the main character (Noctis and pals) they look a lot more grounded in reality than say Sora and the like from Kingdom Hearts or Lulu from FFX. Some still have anime ass hair though but it's a Japanese game with anime men.

Yeah I think Jeff mentioned that near the end of the QL - Bruce was a pre-order bonus or paid DLC.
Doesn't help that the best looking girl (Brittney Palmer) recently got her face remodelled to the point where she now looks permanently emotionless.
That's sort of the weird part though. That Patrick continues to speak out of ignorance and continues to have to be, for the lack of a better term, corrected. At a certain point, if you know you're not informed on a topic don't talk mess about it with an uninformed opinion. It seems like this has happened on a fairly regular basis with Patrick and nearly every time he says "I guess that was pretty ignorant, I'll do better in the future" but then it happens again. It makes it seem like he doesn't really take the criticisms to heart.
