There's a lot of smaller footballing nations in CONCACAF that (to be honest) no one really cares enough about to hate (who would really hate on Trinidad and Tobaigo or Jamaica), but rest assured the more powerful nations in CONCACAF don't like each other either.

*Referring mainly to football squads, but there are obvious geopolitical concerns when it comes to Mexico and the US

Realistically I cannot imagine a scenario in which FIFA would let Chile kick Brazil out.
I fully expect a wave of red cards & penalties, should Chile lead by 1-2 goals after 60mins or so.
