Qatar is hot. I've loved in the tropics most of my life, and even I'm put off by the temps on Qatar. Water breaks will be needed to keep guys from catching heat stroke. It's good practice. I'd rather watch guys hydrated and fresh than dehydrated and tired. PEACE.
