German teams this year got absolutely trashed by RM in the CL, though. Although tbf Dortmund was missing key players.

Historic for numerous reasons such as 5 records being broken but a crazy experience nonetheless

It's true. But we'd only faced them twice before in WCs - once in 1974 (as East Germany) and then in the 2002 final.

the only good thing on this is that they will stop airing the ''mostra sua força brasil'' add,seriously if i hear that again in my life there big chances of i killing myself.

In fact, Real Madrid beat Schalke, Dortmund and Bayern Munich by an aggregate score of 17-4 on their way to the final. The best performance by a German team was in fact Dortmund losing 3-2 on aggregate. Beast mode.

For the playoff game, I'd say only Oscar, Bernard and Cesar deserve to start. The rest shouldn't be anywhere near that game.

i saw when he managed to save one of Klose's strike, but then he was on the ground, and there were no defenders to help him save the second one.

i dont think he's a bad goalie. i watched him in previous matches and he's not the bestest ever but he's pretty decent, and i feel so so bad for him in this match...

He never even stood a chance on most of those goals, Brazil was non-existent for most of that game.

He's not a god-tier goalie, but he's far from bad. Dude didn't deserve this.

Trashed? Dortmund was shit against RM in the first leg, dominated them in the scond leg though. If mkhi just had scored one of his bazilian chances against rm...

Bayern on the other hand, was bad in the first leg and brazilbad in the second. They had the wrong strategy against a counter attacking team. It was exactly like spa-ned in the wc.
 
So now the dust has settled would most people agree, that it was more a matter of Brazil being absolutely lost at the back (Luiz, Marcelo main culprits) than Germany being outstanding?

That isn't to dampen the Germans achievement, you can only beat the team in front of you after all and they did that ruthlessly.

It was both IMO. Germany executes those three goals so rapidly and perfectly there was almost no time to respond. That said, Brazil fell apart and never recovered.
 
I missed it!! Does ANYONE have any video highlights or recorded the entire match? Youtube is slammed with tons of fakes right now who are looking for views... those assholes.
