Sweet, I took Creeper WorldAwesome, thanks!
And <3 for giving out ToME love. I am about to make a mechanics discussion thread for it atm.

If you're in the top 75 you'll definitely make it. I think it would be extremely unlikely for you to lose 16 or more positions between now and Thursday or whenever the next batch is. So don't fret!
Voted anyway.

Wow, thanks! I've had my eye on this game for a little while now.

Rolling a cube has never been more challenging. Stay on track for as long as possible, collect coolers and avoid overheat, win medals and beat records!

The Iconoclasts is about Robin, a mechanic, in a world where her hobbies are considered illegal. Find out why as you traverse the world with the friends you meet, while coming across big battles and puzzles.
The goal of the game is to create a very fluent and exciting action adventure, with enemies that all require finesse and treasures that help build your character for playing again and again. And the game of course has and will have involved bosses.
Would you guys say I should rather call it "Best roguelike you ever played (Tales of Maj Eyal edition)" or a "10 reasons you should play this roguelike (Tales of Maj Eyal Edition)"?
I could see the "Best Roguelike" claim turning the thread into a debate on which roguelikes are better than ToMEWould you guys say I should rather call it "Best roguelike you ever played (Tales of Maj Eyal edition)" or a "10 reasons you should play this roguelike (Tales of Maj Eyal Edition)"?
I prefer the "10 reasons you should play this roguelike (Tales of Maj Eyal Edition)".

I'd go with "10 Reasons"

My favorite is my first, Dungeons of Dredmor.
Feel free to keep this discussion to the thread I am about to make, but I'd love to read why you prefer DoD over others.
It would have to be a tie between NEO Scavenger and Spelunky for meMy favorite is my first, Dungeons of Dredmor.
Spelunky is disqualified, a discussion of games that are actually "like Rogue" for old and bearded man incomingIt would have to be a tie between NEO Scavenger and Spelunky for me
Woo! I'm going to make sure I subscribe to this thread![]()
Well you know I subscribe to the broader definition, but if we're only talking turn based roguelikes, then my favorite is NEO ScavengerSpelunky is disqualified, a discussion of games that are actually "like Rogue" for old and bearded man incoming![]()

To those who don't know, HollowNight is one of the devs working on Beacon
Haven't played ToME (yet), but Desktop Dungeons has my vote for best roguelike. Played since early alphas, and the final product is so polished, fun, and challenging. It is one of my goto games for people that aren't familiar with indies and need a few great ones to change their perspective, or get acquainted.
Broforce is crazy cheap on this Brazilian (?) website!
Also hello everyone! What a nice day it isto sit inside and play indie games!
Nuuvem is legit in case anyone is wondering. They are really good about marking region locked titles in a way that English speakers can understand, see the sidebar for an example http://www.nuuvem.com.br/produto/1821-dark-souls-ii. I have bought from them 3 or 4 times with no issues using an American address.Broforce is crazy cheap on this Brazilian (?) website!

First time playing?Man - Broforce is really damn good.
Can't believe no-one in here has been shouting about it for ages!![]()
The game is kinda a mix of Lemmings and Tetris, where you have to guide mice to the cheese by putting Tetromino bricks in the right places. Your final goal is to help the crazy cat scientist - Schrödinger, in his experiment on mice.
If you have some questions - please drop them here!
Hey guys!
It's Crunching Koalas here - a tiny indie studio that just launched MouseCraft. We just launched our game on PC, PS4, PS3, Vita and we just wanted to let you know about that.

Here's our launch trailer, but watch out! It's pretty cheesy (if you know what I mean...): http://youtu.be/YFddo-7rwb0
And here are some recent reviews: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/mousecraft

There are different kinds of Tetromino bricks (for example: exploding, jelly, crumbling, etc.) enemies, enviromental hazards, stuff to collect, lots of achievements, 80 levels, a level editor and pretty cool soundtrack composed by a guy who makes music for The Witcher 3, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and also made the theme for Dark Souls 2 announcement trailer.

Anyway, the game is available on Steam, GOG.com, PSN and directly through our website.
If you have some questions - please drop them here!
Cheers,
Tom
Crawl was delayed. Here's an informative GIF explaining why

Any 4PM impressions? It looks hot.
This is not a typical, mechanics driven game, it is a short, interactive story with gameplay elements. If you are interested in something a bit different, experimental, then this is it, if you are looking for an open world, leveling up, puzzles and 10 hours of gameplay then this is probably not for you. I do appreciate amusing, negative comments though![]()
Sounds interesting going by the description and this part made me chuckle.
Sure enough, those comments emerged like clockwork.![]()
This is true, the positive reviews just reaffirms that the game is what is advertised in the store page.
This fails as an art
People are saying this is not a game. They must be dumb. That is exactly what's said on the store page.
I played this with expectations of playing an artsy interactive creation.
Personally, I feel this pseudo game fails at that even. [...]
Not my Steam reviews ;pSteam reviews are only good for entertainment purposes, anyway:
