Here's something worth mulling over: have Sakurai and company prepared announcement trailers for unlockable newcomers that are not going to be announced in advance of the game's release? If not, I guess those characters might seem a little left out of the fun, although they might receive introductory clips in the game itself that are later put online to complete the character pages as has been done with unlockables in the past. Or there might just not be any surprises, but I would find that odd.

At this point expecting anyone besides Shulk, Chrom, or Chorus Men is just a recipe for disappointment. Best to expect them being the last 3 newcomers and the only remaining newcomers before DLC as opposed to thinking we'll get more and being disappointed like what happened with Brawl.
Personally, if those three are the last new comers I would be thrilled.
The game already is boasting an amazing roster, plus you can customize move sets.

So in my first post of this thread I got right the character that was coming with the monday video from the 3 ones left from the leak then. Good for me.
Seems someone is going to suck a lot of dicks.
I still don't understand how people are still in denial with the rumours when day after day they have been validated.
The only sad thing about this is that, although I like them, they dont seem exciting for being the last newcomers revealed. But the same thing happened with brawl so...
Also im pretty happy the british voice actor is represing his role. Would love to have the rest of the Xeno characters in some of the attacks to make him original, just to hear Reyn Time, Riki and Clara from Doctor Who again.

It didnt happen with Punch-Out boxers in the ring stage so theres really no chance but Im still hoping.

It's worth noting that although the Chorus Men, Shulk, and Chrom leak is likely 100% true, that doesn't necessarily mean that any of those newcomers will be the one revealed. Little Mac, Pac-Man, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, and Mega Man were the first ones leaked, right? Then we got Rosalina out of the blue not too long after. It's not entirely impossible we might get another surprise out of the left field.
