That's just the player not moving. At the end of the second clip there's a severe frame rate drop as they turn.

I'm a little nervous about the PS3 version. I'm sure it'll be OK but it's Bungie's first ever PS3 game and probably only PS3 game so unless Sony and Activision brought in engineers to help, it could be less than great.

About resolution I agree but the game is 30fps capped... so it was recorded at the same native framerate.

The clips from Xbox One's Upload Studio are not the best quality to analyze framerate and resolution. Though that clip looks to have a significant drop in frames per second, it could also be that the quality of the product is not well represented in the clip.

It was definitely not running at 60 FPS at E3 2013. There was a DF video that even had a counter that showed 30 FPS most of the time. The direct feed videos were also 30 FPS.

GameDVR clips don't always capture at 30 depending on how much load the system is under. The drop you see was likely not present during actual gameplay.

Frame rate while turning was the only thing that seemed off to me. Could be internet lag though. But overall, it looks pretty good.
