US PSN 99¢ Flash Sale: Wild Arms, Syphon Filter, Dino Crisis, Legend of Dragoon, more

I ended up grabbing the 2 Wild Arms. I was sure I had bought them already on my EU account or something but I didn't have them. I guess the only Wild Arms I miss now is XF.
 
GAF I want to buy Syphon filter games. I have some rosy memories of these games being played by my brothers will I watched. I remember the witty boss fights, A plane crash, a train level etc Do they still hold up? I can buy only one of them which one should I buy?

Sf2 is the best in the psx saga.

Psp games > 2 > 1 > 3 > omega strain

More and more I'm seeing the benefits of having a USA account alongside my ''main'' UK one. If things keep going like this I might even make my USA one into my main account lol.

One day I'll buy a second Vita and I'll even play my US PSN games, because I just can't stand changing accounts.

Shu fix this shit right now, Vita is dead in the West anyway, so at least give some love to your loyal customers.
 
Grabbed Legend of Dragoon, Harvest Moon and Munch. Pretty sure I already own Munch on my EU account but why not own it again at that price?

Account switching used to be easier on Vita. Sony purposely made it harder to switch, they want you to buy a second Vita. They're not going to fix it.

Totally. I have my Vita PS+ games stockpiled on my EU account, so I too have to buy a second Vita in order to use my US games. Such ass that it doesn't support multiple accounts.

Yup. My wife and I spent about 3 hours playing it. It's pretty much RE3 but with dinosaurs. It's both great and terrible at the same time. We had to take a break though, I think playing it in short bursts is probably best for this game.
 
Great sale. Took this opportunity to pick up a few titles which I skipped, namely Double Dragon Neon, The Cave and Velocity Ultra.

This sale ends on Monday, July 14 at 12:00 p.m. PST, according to PlayStation.Blog. And yeah, Dino Crisis is pretty much a reskinned Resident Evil with dinosaurs, but I really enjoyed it. Haven't played the sequel but AFAIK it's less of a survival horror and more of an arcade-style shooter.
 
Made a US account (forgot my old details), bought Munch, Dino Crisis 1 + 2, Toejam and Dragoon.

Then realised I have Munch on Steam, and Dino Crisis on my shelf.
 
This might be a silly question, but how do we purchase a game if you downloaded it free from PS +. When I go to purchase it, it just gives me the option to download it again as a PS + game I am assuming.
 
Already own physical copies of Legend of Dragoon and Dino Crisis 1&2. Now I finally can play them on the PSP with decent resolution.

Also bought Harvest Moon. I played the hell out of that game but it was my brother's copy.

Wild Arms 1&2 are worth getting if you don't own them yet.

If you don't like RPGs, buy the game for $.99 just for the intro music. Thanks me later.

Okay, so a quick question: if I buy these games from the US store and download them on my PS3, can I then transfer them onto my Vita? I don't need to reformat my memory card, or any nonsense like that?

You can only US PSN games on a Vita if it has a US PSN account on it. If you have an EU account you can't transfer the games.

i got harvest moon, and the two dino games. any other vita-compatible ones worth getting (that aren't dragoon because i don't have a ps3)?

You can't purchase games you already have purchased using PS+. (That's how the system treats them.)
 
Take Shu's twitter advice and get a second Vita, I used to swap between 3 accounts but eventually I got tired that. Now I have 3 Vitas :/

I'll do it one of these days, but I'll make sure to buy a used one, fu stupid account restrictions, not gonna reward them with money.
