Aye. PS+ cards are only redeemable on consoles afaik (I only tried those 30 days free and amazon's online codes tho).

You should totally start it on your Vita. It's very good.
I had this exact issue yesterday. It worked ok through the store on the PS4 however as suggested. Still; it should work in my eyes!

Atlus is having another not-so-good sale in the JP Store to celebrate the animu. ~6200 JPY down to 4980 JPY until early August. It's slightly more than the last time, but that's more because of the new tax. -__-
They're absolutely right in naming it Persona 4 Golden and do away with the "Portable" name. It's like a gold mine for them.
And BTW, P4G is ranking quite well in Amazon.jp for a 2-year old game thanks to the animu (22th currently, 24th the other day). And even used copies listed on it sells for at least 5000 JPY (~50 USD). LOL.

If you have ZERO knowledge of Baseball then you may not enjoy it as much at first. I call The Show a Baseball RPG because that's how I play it. You can create a player and manage their stat allocations for season after season. You could also play it like a 'Baseball Manager' type of game or start a league with a few other people and play through a season that way.
It's got an amazing depth of gameplay options and difficulty sliders for everything. If you aren't hitting the ball enough then you can slide the 'Human Contact' slider higher to make it easier to make contact with the ball, for example.
If you have a favorite team the game is simply the best sports sim you can find. I'm a baseball fan so it was a no brainer at 19.99 but if you're curious and into RPGs then I'd say you should give it a try.

So, I'm thinking of getting Shinobido 2 and its DLC. I have never played the first one, I have never played Tenchu and the only stealth games I have played are Metal Gears. It's this post's fault.

Really great of Oddworld Inhabitants to make sure the UK and EU (and i'd assume AU) prices of New'n'Tasty match/as close as possible to the US price of the game, it's nice after being used to being screwed over by price conversions. Also means i'll be grabbing the game day one now!

Picked up a PSP Go since even though I have a Vita I've always kind of wanted one. It's a bit creaky, are they always like that? It's way smaller than I expected too. The only PSP I've had before is my launch fatty.

The inverse isn't really nice as well, but I'd rather buy Muramasa Rebirth for $7.50 and then see it for free on PS+ than getting Velocity Ultra for free then see it for sale for $1.

you could probably just scrape off the usb cable for it to fit on the brick. The brick one is compatible with both PSV versions. You can also use a sony celphone charger if you can find it for cheap, it has the same voltage and output rating.

I actually don't have a Vita (yet). Makes me wonder why I have the game on Vita but not PS3. Must have been a Vita PS+ freebie at one point.
Did I miss the boat by missing out on OLED Vitas?

You didn't miss out. The new model is superior in color reproduction, comfort, and battery life. The crushed black levels and over-saturated colors of the OLED Vita are awful. OLED Vitas need to die in a fire as far as I'm concerned.

Is there a particular reason people have decided this game would be called Persona 3 Sapphire?
Well, Persona 3's color of choice was blue while Persona 4's color of choice was yellow (with that color reflecting the name 'Golden' for the Vita remaster). Considering how it worked for P4G, P3S makes a good deal of sense in those term's I think

I too prefer the LCD screen over the OLED, but damn.
I was able to hold off buying some games until they got on a sale, though. Just need to wait for the right price.

This, totally. It's really not a matter of if, but when.
Also I really like the LCD Vita. There are pros and cons between the 1000 and 2000, but I think the 2000 takes the cake in terms of improved design.

Tekken 3 has a licensing issue (Gon)
The lack of Tales might be due to either laziness or concerns over voice-actors.
EDIT: The Japanese PSN doesn't have any PS1 Tales games listed.

Mine has those Mura dots. It's just when the game is using the "loading screen black" (which is its own color).
No problem there. When you think your Vita is going to broke sell it to GameStop and buy another Vita (or something else).
That's how I got rid of my good old PSP-1000 when it started to fail.

One is a Canadian site (Amazon.ca) and the other is American (Bestbuy.com).
