To everyone saying "kick her out." You guys gotta realize two things: first off they've been together for 5 damn years. Second, he moved to another country with her. What does that tell you about him? He obviously loved her and cared about her like crazy. It's not that easy to just sever all ties and drop everything. He still cares for her. That shit doesn't turn off like a light switch just because of her actions. It sure as hell didn't for me.

If she has paid half the rent then there's not much he can do about it really unless she is willing to just leave (which is doesn't sound like she is), the choice is either pay her back what she's paid and tell her to leave or move out himself. If the OP doesn't have much money then that's not as easy as some seem to think. Shitty situation to be in really, if you can't change your flight home then all you can do is see out the final few months, it's not that far away and it'll no doubt be very awkward if she's living with you but keep yourself occupied with other things and be strong enough not to let her worm her way back in.
Reading the other thread you made I think it'd probably be safe to assume it's been going on a while and that's the reason why she was so adamant on staying there. Given her comments about how she doesn't know anyone to stay with and this other guy is living with his parents, it seems you've just been getting used as a way for her to stay out there, I wouldn't be surprised if she was forced to return home shortly after you because of financial reasons too (clearly the other guy has no plans on letting her stay with him).

I've always felt the same way. Why fight when you already lost your GF. Even if you win it doesn't change a thing.
Not sure why some of you are on him about this. Guy saw his girl cheat on him, no way was he thinking rationally at that moment. At the end he didn't do it, that's it. We can move on from this...
OP, if you can afford it, maybe you can buy her half of the rent off of her. Or vice versa. Main thing is get your living sitation resolved and it will be much easier. Living with her after this will complicate things onto another level.
