Is it just me, or is the Titan Smash really op? The range on it is crazy and the multiplayer maps (at least in the alpha) feel narrow enough you definitely can't escape it vertically in most spaces.

Is there a better way to avoid it or do you just have to take the guy out before he can set it off?

I preordered at Gamestop and entered the beta code at Bungies website,do I have to log in tomorrow and get the code to download the beta?

They said something about that. If you pre-ordered from a store like Gamestop etc... Let me check.

EDIT: Found some info:

If you've selected your console for the Destiny Beta, you'll receive email with your download tokens when the games begin on that platform.

Download keys for the Destiny Beta will be emailed or found on your http://Bungie.net profile page on the start date for your console.

If you have pre-ordered Destiny and are still waiting for your Beta code, please contact your retailer - either digital or brick'n'mortar.

Found that on their Twitter page.

I was a bit underwhelmed with it in the Alpha, but I was playing by my lonesome in Old Russia and didn't get to check out the Crucible.

Still debating on what class to run with primarily. Only played Titan for the short time I spent on the Alpha, and would like to dig deeper into that class with a fire team beside me. On the other hand, the Warlock sounds pretty cool.

Q. I’ve already redeemed my Destiny Beta code on Bungie.net. Now what?

On July 10th, you’ll be able to visit your profile page on Bungie.net and select the platform of your choice. For PlayStation systems, you’ll also need to select a region.

On July 17th, we’ll begin emailing PlayStation players their Destiny Beta codes.

On July 23rd, we’ll begin emailing Xbox players their Destiny Beta codes.

Destiny Beta codes will also be visible via your Account Profile/Redeemed Codes page, secured behind your login credentials.
