I wonder if that mission on the moon has a limited area to explore with areas blocked off or if the whole map is accessible.

It's 1080p targeted for September, but it sounds like it'll be sub-1080p for the Beta.
Most likely 900p. Xbone likes that resolution for whatever reason.

Not surprising if so. You have to remember that June SDK update is what gave them the added power. Then obviously any builds put out for display have to be approved ahead of time hence why the build the public plays is almost always weeks old. So yea it would not shock me one bit.
Is this a "It's 100% going to be 1080p come release" or a "We aim to increase the resolution of Titanfall to 900p, but actually never did" situation?

Sounds like BETA is an old build before they got to 1080p. Full release more then likely will be there but who knows.

the one thing that strikes me negatively about the game is how much the Bosses sponge from a viewers perspective it looks on going and tedious .
