1. Leave PS4 in standby
2. Get my Beta code while I'm at work
3. Input into the Playstation Store website
4. Get home from work with Beta already downloaded?

Will that work? Sorry if noob but had a 360 last gen and haven't had any experience with the PS store yet.

I have my ps4 on standby mode and its synced to the PS app how do I initiate the download once the codes are available ?

Can I do that via web? or does it need to be on the console directly?

You add it to download queue via the web. It will then download automatically on ps4

you can see everyone who you follow and are following. I haven't followed anyone but it has added anyone with the game on my friends list to it.

No mobile app, BlackBerry faithful here and the PS app requires Google services so it doesn't run. Thankfully the Destiny app runs perfectly!

Once you've added it to the download queue if you stay on that page for a bit you'll see it change to "downloading"

Do it in your web browser. It will actually tell you when it starts downloading so you can rest easy. I did it for the Alpha.
