If you're processing you're probably good. I got my shipping notification a minute ago. I ordered at 9:00AM PDT and receiving it in Texas.

I just got my first email from Oculus since ordering that first morning saying my kit was shipped. They gave me a tracking # via UPS.

Edit: I see there's a shipping thread now.
