are the dustforce vita issues fixed by now? heard about problems with the framerate and audio lag

Patch 1.01 was released in June and from the impressions I found online it fixed the audio issues and some other bugs, but the framerate still tanks in some stages. I wonder if the patch is applied to the trial? I guess I'll try it out myself again.

Ugh, wish they would just let me download it in full as I was planning to leave it on standby tonight and be good to go during the morning.

It will still download in the background. Although it doesn't show in the downloads list check the size of the game on the hdd in settings and it will show you the full size and how much it's downloaded.

Updating this now I'm at home

• Any game that downloads using PlayGo still downloads in the background while the PS4 is being used or on Standby
• PlayGo downloads won't be listed under Downloads though as other downloads are
• To check the status of PlayGo download go to Settings > System Storage Management > Applications...
• Select the game you want
• Size will show the full download size
• Game Download Status will show you the percentage that has already downloaded

So I decided to load up Uncharted 3, which I haven't played in a while, and it doesn't let me play online since it requires the stupid online pass. It worked fine before, but since last time I played, I replaced my hard drive so I'm guessing the issue is there. Trouble is that it won't let me redownload the online pass, it requires me to pay again. Ran into a similar issue with TLOU except it let me redownload the pass just fine. Any help?

Just played the demo levels and the audio is definitely fixed. The framerate still stutters noticeably. I'd say it's "playable", but I'm gonna stick to the PC version. As much as I'd like to play Dustforce on Vita, it just doesn't feel good enough.
But yeah, the patch applies to the trial, so you should probably try it yourself and see how much it bothers you.

What does Phantom Breaker Vita offer to justify the added cost over the 360 version?
$6 for Kurisu DLC is nuts. IIRC it adds some other stuff like a new difficulty and a level-cap raise, but half the price of the game? No way.

Why did they switch from the "realistic" anime look to the chibi look? I might have been interested if not for that

And of course, I'll be picking up Rogue Legacy with gusto after hearing how addictive and perfect for portable play it is!

Yes, you have to uninstall the physical copies then download the digital version. You can back-up your Lego Marvel save via the cloud, that's what I did. The game data and save are completely separate anyway so you should be fine as long as you don't delete the save.

Saves shouldn't be tied to the install but you can back it up to be safe. A better question is wether or not the save would be compatible. I know some Vita games have this issue but I don't know wether or not PS4 games do.

Last of Us Remastered - PS4 (Retail and Digital)
This PS3 Classic is reborn for the PS4 with 60FPS and 1080 . I never played this, but this game got TONS of praise from everywhere, so it should be a great time for PS4 owners new to the Sony eco-system .

All Star Slammin' D-Ball - PS1 Classic
This a dodgeball game for the PS1 that is landing on PSN. From the look of the picture on the PS Blog, it looks to be a zany and cartoony take on the sport, so it should be fun .

Pure Pool - PS4 (Digital)
The people behind Hustle Kings are making this; a fun pool game with really nice visuals (and I think?) aerate Pool physics. For those who love the sport or want something else to get for there PS4 in addition to Last of Us, then this should be nice .

Ratchet and Clank Collection - Vita (Digital Only......Haha XD!)
This is a collection of the three original PS2 Ratchet games. While the original isn't perfect, Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal are just.....amazing games man . The best part about this is that the port looks to run quite well on Vita (stable 30FPS with close-but-not native resoultuon). While I don't know if it isn't cross-buy AND doesn't have a retail release in NA (for course they didn't clear this out, why would SCEA give a shit about the Vita X() it should be well worth its expected 30 dollar price point .

Rouge Legacy - PS4/PS3/Vita (Three-Way Cross-Buy)
This is THE game of the week man ! A fun 2D Rouge-like where you get a completely unique knight to play as with there own unique features (for example, you can play as a character with inverted controls, one who is a giant, one of walks upside down, ect). The game looks to be a complete ball and even though its a bit pricey (17 bucks if you don't have PS+), it will be well worth it to play such a fun game .

Treasures of Montezuma: Arena - Vita (Digital)
This looks to be a fun matching game with bright visuals, lots of game modes and even role-playing elements (well, that is what the PS Blog post said :l). Should be a nice game to play .

WRC 4: FIA World Rally Championship - PS4/Vita (Digital Only)
This is a racing sim that looks to be fun . Lots of cars to control, lots of tracks to race on (78 based on the blog post ) and 16 player online play making this sound like a complete package .

If I recall correctly, Frau and some other extra characters are planned for the PS4 version, and the older versions will also get corresponding DLC updates at that point. No current ETA for that, though... and right now the Vita version is practically the same as the XBLA version as far as I know.

Wait, really? That would be awesome for me as I've been wanting to get a Vita over the last month+ but held off because I figured a new bundle or price drop would be announced around Gamescom. And since Tearaway is right near the top of my list of wanted Vita games and I like LBP, that would be ideal for me.

I'm with you, though. Even though that bundle you mentioned would be better for me, I was expecting a Minecraft bundle -- and I think it would be the smarter move.
