It's good -- very Journey-esque (though not as deep as Journey). It's really short, though -- you could probably beat the game in one afternoon, if you wanted to. I think it's still worth a purchase, since it's gorgeous.
Still waiting on the Vita version of Journey to give it a go
Played the first 3 levels, with head phones and I am really enjoying it. I'm also in the mood for it though. I agree and think it is worth a purchase if you enjoy these kind of games. I like the bonus levels at the ends too.
Visuals are pretty cool, fun to play in.
Gameplay is quite simple but enough to keep you engaged and entertained but you may need to be in the mood for it. It's not punishing at all really so far - more enjoyable that way imo, will try challenge mode in a bit. - 3 lives, levels seem different.
Music is good and interesting to listen to - especially at the bonus stages. I'm messing up sometimes during the normal level and the miss tones can be pretty loud.
Running well so far, no issues. Initial loading time when starting up a level could be a second or two shorter but otherwise they're not bad, pretty good even.
The only thing I don't like that much is when you bring the two creatures together, they just turn green. Which sort of seems a tad cheap. Would be nice if there were at least some sparks when it happens or something. I know they saved the combined model for the bonus stages but something more would be nice. Maybe just a cool tail wave or something.
859mb with the patch.
