Is "dork" a really popular word in Minnesota or Kansas City? I've noticed that Dan uses it constantly instead of nerd or geek, and even used it when referring to Michelangelo's David. I can't remember the last time I heard someone use dork as a euphemism for penis.

Only 2 minutes into Elite: Dangerous QL and the game itself looks really awesome. Definitely going to get this one it's released.

The game looks incredible, particularly the hyperjump, UI presentation, and bobblehead. Though, I hope you can upgrade to nice big ships in it, as that's always been my favourite aspect of these types of games.
The only element that is a bummer to me is the always online aspect of it... I would prefer a more focused singleplayer-sorta game like Tachyon: The Fringe. (Bruce Campbell voice acting wouldn't hurt, either.)

I think Giant Bomb is pretty close to as great as it ever has been, but am I the only one who finds Bombing the AM completely unwatchable when it's only Alex and Patrick on these days? I used to think it was fine, but it's gone completely stale for me. I'll watch it when they have a guest on, but the format doesn't work at all for me when it's only them going through the motions. I wish they'd mix it up a little more than "I enjoyed media x this weekend and then I worked on article Y". Then again I pretty much stopped watching them so I wouldn't know if they actually made any changes. Okay I'm rambling now. I'll shut up.

Yeah, I mostly skip it now. I liked it a lot at first, and when they have guests I check it out, but a lot of the time it seems a little too much like them talking at each other instead of having actual discussions.

I put it on as background noise and there's usually one or two points they make that are worth watching to me, but it's pretty far down on my list of favorite features.
Vinny is the gossip editor for TV guide now.
I think most of the conversation is Patrick talking and then Alex saying "I agree", then on to the next point.
