Classy is probably the wrong word. I love Klopp though. He is a great manager with a fantastic personality. Also, compare Dortmund's management team to Bayern and tell me they are louder. Also, up until recently they had Götze as homegrown, along with Reus and Schmelzer and Grosskreutz, there was also Sahin too. They have about as many as we do, but at least the stars they've gotten were brought and made there, which is something I can admire heavily.

Edit: I was a fool twice.

Hey, calm down. I'd say there's worse clubs to support (case in point: EPL*), but also better ones.
Ultimately you should cheer for whatever team appeals to you, not stick with some club that's changed in ways you don't agree with. It's just football.

* ;-)

Look a few posts up. I posted the first Wilson goal which was the best goal of the lot. It was a trademark Wilson goes past the whole defense goal.
He looks a few inches taller than he did at the end of last season.

Lawrence need to go on loan if he isn't going to be with the first team IMO. U21 level no use for him anymore - I don't think he's good enough anyway.

AP has looked alright. Hopefully he comes on a bit this year I still have hope.

Every PL club there's ever been > Bayern in all of their incarnations

Except Leeds.

Bit of HGH never hurt anyone, right? Who is that poster who will always drop by and talk about doping in football? It definitely exists. Miggy D knows.

The more I read about doping and doping tests in football, the more convinced I become that it's widespread. It makes too much sense.

How did Bla use to say? I respect your opinion.

There is obviously doping in football but it's not like he wasn't on the juice at Spurs.

He was a tank at Spurs too. You look much bigger after a work out. I'm sure if Bale warmed up and tensed up in the "first" shot he'd look huge then too.

Edit - wooden damn you!

Just seen it :O

Great run and finish. Probably needs a loan this season. Hopefully to a PL team, but you never know with LVG. He might get a chance with the 1st team in the COCup.

There is a Facebook page I like which posts half the images and goals posted here about ten minutes later. I wonder if someone does post here that runs it.

Loads of places used to nick the .gifs I used to do in here. I'm fairly certain posters and lurkers just lift them and post them on their club's forums and they get spread from there.

I think I saw some of Shatner's amazing Moyes GIFs elsewhere as well. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a few lurkers that can't post here.

lol yeah, I posted some Chelsea friendly matches gifs the other day and they were on a Chelsea forum like 1 minute later, I actually went there to post them myself. :lol

The guy who posted them said he hadn't even registered on here, just a lurker.

Yeah, I forward gifs people post here to my Dutch forum too.

Meanwhile Trencin is still 1-1 at Hull away. Hope they make it.

Why wasnt he on tour? It would indicate he isnt in the current plans for next year, first team wise.

Just want to reiterate how good Sterling was when I saw him in person. Truth, Legit, etc.

I was pretty much terrified every time he touched the ball in the City game. His goal was great and the offside one was of course even better. What a player.

I am almost tempted to support Dortmund a little more until Bayern can get their shit together. I mean, I have loved my team my whole life, and we have had so much success. Seriously though, we are the worst team in the Bundesliga when it comes to morals, and it disgusts me. We buy off all the local stars so we can be the best, instead of working on our academy.

It is literally the same reason I hate most of the rich clubs: Real, Barca, Man city, etc. They buy all of their talent. Ffp can't really fight against it in the way these teams do it, but this shit needs to stop. How is there supposed to be solid competition? How are the lower teams supposed to develop and eventually become good? Should be developing your academies and creating your teams to be the best, sell a few along the way.

That also said, Bayern has a lot of assholes in management, and I can't stand Guardiola. He is such an ass, and he isn't making us better. His strategy was a notable step down from our prime season. We have a lot of really great players, but a lot of them are being used poorly and some of his choices are so stupid. Martinez is not a fucking CB and Rafinha is not better than Lahm in that spot. I could complain about him forever, but I don't know how I can seriously enjoy my team when a lot about it infuriates me right now.

I mean, Dortmund has a classy manager, good quiet management (overall), home-grown players, persistence from losing their stars all the damn time, and good market strategy. They are a solid team, and the only reason we are rivals is because we are both good. Like, Dortmund wasn't even worth noting much before the 1990's, they are hardly our biggest historical rival. I don't know. Is it traitorous to feel this way?
klopp is classy? the management is quiet???

what? they're the same as our management. hell, klopp openly talked about gomez' and robben's contract after he lost the dfb cup against us.

http://www.goal.com/en/news/15/germ...n-and-gomez-wont-accept-another-season-on-the

he's not classy.

and bayern always promoted their own youngster in to the first team in a healthy mixture with expensive transfers

I genuinely can't believe someone is ready to pay £10m+ for Javi Garcia, if those reports are true. With the incredible contract he's on, £70-80k, I thought City would have to gift him for free.

Russia apparently only has 13% income tax, which means they'd pretty easily meet Javi's salary, not even close to Hulk money anyway. Villas-Boas probably saw much of him in Portugal.

I was thinking today I wonder who our next great striker will be. RVP getting on and Rooney who knows what happens with him.

Hopefully it can be Wilson.

He was injured.
Well hopefully RVP is the perfect mentor for Wilson. Difference is, Wilson has pace too so he could be an incredible striker.
