Look man, Sony cant produce enough PS4's to cover the system selling potential this has if they announce a port. I mean according to another thread on NeoGaf, there is already a Vita shortage, quite possibly due to this game.

Well yeah. But what I meant more specifically was when Level 5 made the North American version, they added in lots of flourishes that made the presentation better but slowed down elements of the gameplay. Apparently the Japanese version was a lot faster. I like Level 5's presentation, but would like them to find a way to get it much quicker.

Yeah, I just meant I'd be hyped for a Yakuza if it's localized, it's another one of those "WANT" everyone has on here but they don't make it over anymore. The 1-2-3 punch of Persona, Yakuza, The Last Guardian, I'm just hopeful it's one of those, but if the Yakuza doesn't make it over, I want it to be one of the other two.

Outside of Metal Gear Solid V, Persona 5 is the only BIG Japanese game with some worldwide appeal that has any hope of being released before 2017.


Come on Sony and Sega. Get that sucker on PS4. Its basically a open goal to take the JRPG crown right now.

A numbered Persona + a current platform + years before Square Enix has anything ready = Success that might just break that franchise out into a wider global audience.
