I mean that the investigation is close to concluding so they'll release his name when they are charging him sort of thing. Not just release his name but the investigation is ongoing.
 
It seems calm right now but there are a lot of people gathered and a lot of cars still driving through... hopefully that's all there is to post about tonight.

He didn't just kill him. That's not a strong enough word. You can kill a man by accident. This, by all accounts, wasn't an accident.

If he followed up the first shot by stepping out into the street and pumping 5 or 10 more into a defenseless 18 year old -- which seems to be what happened -- he deserves everything the law can throw at him.

Power tripping cop got pissed someone questioned his authority and it all spiraled out of control.
 
Chris Hayes talking about the Ezell Ford murder. LAPD saying the same thing Ferguson cops said, Ford fought with cops, struggled for cop's gun.

I never said that. But a company as invested in the customer experience and human behavior as Google should most certainly be able to figure out some way to incentivize moderation or handle it itself, at least in live streams. Twitch does it just fine.

I had no idea Times Square had a protest. I'm stuck in my office at work here in St. Louis. This is great to see, and it seems like the protests in Ferguson are going smoothly.

Such a slap in the face to the PD that was ousted.

I guess you haven't seen younow.com yet. Kids stream their high school antics via phone all day long on that site. It is amazing what phones can stream.

At this point I think its this:

.01% no charges are brought against him, because reasons

95% he is scapegoated and left out to dry, with what the witnesses are saying, and if the autopsy shows bullet wounds in the back and front of Brown at closes proximity, he will be made an example of to "appease the masses"

4.99 % he is charged, but the evidence is tainted somehow.
Oh I also forgot, no matter what happens, they will parade out scores of "friends" and "family" of the officer as character witnesses.

Wow @ the head of the prosecutors office, some people have no awareness of PR and how it works do they?
