That's not the problem with the game. The real problem is why the fuck would you even bother being a bank robber if you're going to cause all this massive collateral damage, and risk being the most wanted criminal in the world. Which in turn means you can't spend any of the money you stole. Yes I know it's a video game, but man that's a little too ridiculous to believe.
