It's not, this message about Diablo 3 problems is there since Tuesday, it has some weird problems with matchmaking and chat. Everything else is unaffected.
Mine is up... only issue is Diablo does not connect to Battle.net

DDDWait, so these Lizzard guys not only took down gaming networks (with XBL potentially being the next target X() but they are also trying to KILL people (there is a bomb on a plane? It is heading for a major location? ....What the heck is happening?) AND they are joking about 9/11!?

Except if you fly airlines and you are mistakenly racially profiled and interrogated because you look like a "suspicious individual". Every time shit like this happens, airport security discriminates especially hard over a period time and they have to go through extraneous security checks which can make people miss their flights etc.
