I can feel his pain, it's no fun to have something you've worked hard on and have closely protected revealed in such detail so candidly. Although Brawl also had leaks, it was nothing to the magnitude of this. I really wonder if Sakurai is either going to A) pretend it didn't happen and just reveal things as he planned B)purposefully dodges the leak with random PotDs or C)just goes all in and starts revealing characters in detail.

I'd guess A. I'd imagine Sakurai is too proud to do C, and not spiteful enough to do B.
 
If this really is being leaked by an ESRB member, I hope Nintendo goes for the throat. It really is unacceptable that the freaking ratings board would be leaking something.
 
Seems the last character is Chorus Kids.

I mentioned how the YT and Reddit names of the leaker referenced RH, and All-Star pointed out how we've seen Rhythm Heaven enemies in Smash Run, so I guess he's saying "you're right".

Call me an optimist, but I just don't believe NOA/NCL will be willing to significantly delay major releases in NA because of this. They still need tentpole releases to hit during the holiday season, for one.
 
I like Captain Ganon, really, but I was secretly hoping he'd get the Palutena treatment of 12 unique moves. So no one's left in the dust.

Ah well. His moves has nice effects.

But we've also seen Ice Climbers enemies in Smash Run.

It's weird, but maybe IC are unlockable this time around (if the DLC info isn't real).
 
There's not a whole lot Nintendo can do about it, really

ESRB won't use that person again, Nintendo may sue them personally for pennies for breaking an NDA but I doubt they have millions and it would just look vindictive.
 
I really want to know how this person even got these screens. Did he just secretly record the whole thing and then edited it down to screen caps? I don't see how he could easily get away with this. I've never seen something like this get leaked from the ESRB before.
 
It's not footage made by Nintendo for ESRB. This is a copy given to the ESRB, that has somehow leaked.

The leakers are taking vids and pictures of that themselves.
 
I'm really impressed at the amount of characters the game has, I didn't think it'd go over 50 but it seems like it will end up being more than 50.

Yeah I agree with the picture you made, but at least they tried.
I'm just saying, until there is sufficient evidence confirming the leak, activities like this are encouraged. Maybe some weren't well done (I don't think the doc mario faces lined up very well, but at that resolution and lower quality of the photos, even painting pixels is a possibility)
 
I'm pretty sure that's E3 footage All-Star posted right there. He was just showing people the Sneaky Spirit has been seen, I know I've seen a pic of it long ago.

A copy of the game? ESRB always does footage, hence why all the pics are of stuff that needs to be rated, like sexual content (trophy boobs/butts), language (devil car), crude humor (wario waft), animated violence (footage of the fights), etc.

Guy posting the All-Star Menu images, named All-Star, and some other ones is saying it.

He says there's three characters left, one Pokemon, one DK, and one "other", but won't say which. However he's hinting it's RH by bringing up the Sneaky Spirits.
