Same thing happened with Hotline Miami last week to a lot of people. It'll get sorted out.
FWIW, I share my account with my friend (we both play very sporadically). He has had no problems using my account to download games, including PS+ games (while logging in with my account to play them). I don't know that he has ever tried to play online, but I can't see why he wouldn't be able to by logging in with my account. My account is activated on my PS4 and I have no problems playing multiplayer using alternate accounts.
Yes you can, but you may have to keep your primary account's PS4 offline (probably not, but it would definitely work this way). If your primary account's PS4 is offline, PSN would only see that account logged in from the non primary PS4, while the offline PS4 could play all the games from that account offline because that is how primary works.
Of course, this is all for offline only, not sure how it would work with online games, probably hit or miss. And also, all of this may very well work with the primary PS4 online too.

They fixed Olli Olli, I can now Download it. Restart the store to do so.
I purchased the Don't Starve DLC for PS4 to support those guys.. even if I'd get it for free on Vita. I wonder how it would synchronize with the Vita version without having that content purchased... or doesn't it do cross-play?
Edit: It looks like Olli Olli PS4 is not detecting my saved content from the Vita version. This stuff is always so terrifying.. why don't they include a UI option to synchronize the save? Hotline Miami had the same issue. Am I supposed to just wait on the title screen until it decides to detect existing data?
I assume a lot of people could wipe their Vita game's progress unknowingly if they jump into the PS4 title..

Looks like there's a new update out for Olli Olli Vita, the changelist says 'several improvements', I guess once I install that it might start synchronizing my cloud saves?
Cross-buy and play is fantastic, but they really need to iron this stuff out.
Edit: That works, similar to Hotline Miami booting the game on Vita after installing the PS4 version seems to help it to synchronize. I always manually upload the save via PS Plus to be sure.
Edit 2: This game really shines on PS4.. looks super crisp and the rumble really is perfect for this game.

it happened last week with Hotline Miami PS4 as well and took about 24 hours to get fixed

It's fixed for me. Vita version received a 1.02 (I think) update, and a 'Connect' button flashes on the main menu.. I guess in case you are offline or want to manually upload your save.
Leaderboards have been added and are really cool for this game. Too bad none of my friends play this game.
Not really a fair comparison, even without the exchange rate. Those are not sale prices for DR and P4G for the UK.
There will hopefully be a Danganronpa sale today in Europe, since NISA publishes it in both territories.
Don't count on Persona 4 though since it's Atlus US/NISA EU.

You are comparing discounted/sale prices to their original UK prices, which is ridiculous.
Now if you did the smart thing and compared their US prices to their UK prices ($39.99 each IIRC), then yeah...fml at that.
I know., I know. The lack of sales here is just disappointing to me. Still, the price disparity is pretty alarming.

Yeah, there was an option to pay a cheap fee to upgrade your PS3/Vita copy to PS4 but I think it was EU only for some reason.

Because they decided for some unknown reason that you would want to play a game while turning your system 360 degrees. I absolutely love the idea (figure out the "rule" to solve the level) but the execution left me wanting.

So I bought MX vs ATV Alive this weekend, which came with all the DLC. I downloaded the game just now.
I noticed there are... literally over 100 entries in my PSN download list, full of the individual DLC items. Is there a way to download them all without having to click on them one by one? This seems kind of stupid.

Next time you should buy it on the device you're going to use it on - instead of just adding the items to your download list it'll automatically download whatever you've just purchased (unless there's an issue).
But for already purchased content, nope. Best way is to add them all to your queue via the webstore as it doesn't kick you out after each download item is added, but you still need to add them one by one.

I got a question about this. P4G is still on sale for $20 on US PSN atm.
I want this game, but between not having my Vita yet [coming from Japan, gonna take a month], AND buying P3P on a previous sale and not having played that, should I still buy the game on this sale, or, since it's gonna be a while before I get my Vita and beat P3P, I just wait until it's on sale again later?

It's not a mistake, and I'm fairly sure it was originally downloadable with a PS3 when it went up like that, but has since been corrected (as has Jean D'Arc) to be directly downloadable.
While it's true it comes up for sale a lot, you never know when they're going to take a break from it and you'll miss out.
If you have the $20, get it now.

It's pretty stupid that there still is no pause option for downloads.
GT PSP is incompatible even if you try to transfer it with a PS3. It was added to the store along with Jeanne D'Arc. That eventually became downloadable from the store, so maybe this will too.

Up to you mate but FYI that P4G is more than 3 GB in size! IMO best to look for a cheap copy somewheres.
