We all know how to get past the "once in a lifetime chance".
We just use Big Boss instead.
Would feel a loss for DHD. But can't say the same for the other two. Though a useful mario could be nice and Dark Pit has the chance of being interesting.

I'd be disappointed about Duck Hunt Dog. The others I wouldn't give a care.
Somewhat disappointed, Absolutely Devastated, Meh. My feelings could change depending on who's actually in the game in their place.

Same, then the voice eventually became too much. I'm always down for amazing Smash remixes. A Red Remix would be amazing.
And they kinda owe him one after cutting him...
Calling to the Night was probably my favorite MGS track in Brawl. I'll miss it greatly.

But saw that earlier, and as silly as it is; I want the box ;p It'll just sit in a garage; but for collector's editions, I really like for everything to be complete.
EDIT: I think I'll take the advice to buy it from Walmart and hold onto it and the receipt. I have 30 days to return it, which is damn near the release date of Smash. If we get the other system, I'll return/exchange. If not, I'll happily keep the Zelda one, and sell my regular Zelda 3DS to fund it.

Same here, vets sound more appealing to me than those others, and that's saying something considering Mewtwo and Ridley are some of my most wanted.

I mean I definitely want Dixie Kong if only to give DK a much-deserved rep, but I'd hate to see Lucas, Wolf, and Ice Climbers fans losing a character.

Absolutely. I think all of those characters would be great but I'd rather have the vets back first .
You know, I'd be perfectly fine with a single Ice Climber instead of Ice Climbers. I've also liked playing as a solo Ice Climber; it just felt...I dunno, more right. Makes sense, too, since you never control both Ice Climbers together like that in the original game. I know it's cutting a unique play style, but I wouldn't be too bummed about it, really. As long as Ice Climber(s) is there in some way. After all, it's the only ice-based character in Smash Bros.!

That is such an impossible choice for me. On the one hand, one my mains along with two characters many hold very dear. On the other, Mewtwo and Ridley.
Honestly, the second. I'd willingly sacrifice Ridley if we can get one of the Ice Climbers back.

The way I see it, if Lucas, Wolf, and Ice Climbers get cut, it becomes that much more difficult for them to return, whereas Ridley and Dixie Kong will always have a spot open.
He hasn't received major moveset changes, but there's still the possibility that he doesn't suck anymore.
