The bubbles are great, if Sony is going to change an interface, it should start with the PS4's mess.

I don't think a Vita/PS4 release is any sort of loss here.
And god eater 2 was also on the psp. Nothing new here.
They look like something taken from an early, pre-iPhone smartphone, more suitable for 2007 than for 2014. There's really no reason why we can't have something more in line to what the PS4 or Xbox One use as a GUI... even something more iOS or Android-like. Those styles work on mobile, so why wouldn't they work on Vita?

When I read the conference thread I feel like I'm the only one who will keep her PS3. Jalp.
In summary, it could have been even worse for Vita (that's not saying much though). I think they did a good job with PS4, but I need handheld consoles. I hope we will hear more announcements in TGS, but... And I can't wait for Persona 5!

With nearly every game being PS3/PS4 or PSV/PS4 it's obvious nobody is ready for PS4 exclusives, least of all Japan.

Not only did the Vita get some love (24+ Minutes devoted to the device + a large number or PS3/PS4 games are coming to Vita too) but we got some real surprises.
Persona 5 is coming to PS4! A Dragon Quest Matsu game! God Eater 2 Burst (meaning, now Bamco has a version to bring to NA now)! Ys MoC 2 on PS4 and Vita! We even got some more information on Silent Hills (even though it was almost nothing; just everyone involved talking about the project).
I found it priceless that the first 10 minutes of the PS4 stuff was from western teams XD! I don't think Japan cares that much about Destiny, Watch Dogs, Far Cry 4, AC Unity, The Crew or Witcher 3 :l. At least that section got by quickly and more JP PS4 games were shown off

Overall loved the show and it was a great show for the Vita for once! Now that we know Persona 5 is coming in 2015, more information will start popping up on the game and I can't wait for that to happen .

I was yawning at that part, and thought "man, the PS4 is doomed in Japan at this rate". Then they just showed me that I was not wrong for buying a PS4.

I don't care about exclusive, honestly. I only care about superior experience. Like how all the best Gundam games suffer from horrible framerate dipping problem.
At least the PS4 has games I want to play now.
