how do you find your base camp when you stray too far away?
Am I missing something, does this game have a map?

Does anyone own Joe Danger for Vita? How does it run? Is it fun?

The game is smooth and responsive. The controls have been altered a little from the PS3 version (since the Vita is doesn't have L2 and R2 buttons), but it plays extremely well.

The problem is that the game has a tendency to abruptly crash out to the OS. At first it seemed to happen for no particular reason at all, but lately I've got to the point where it crashes at the end of a particular level every single time. (Trying to replay the last level in the first set, to earn additional stars.) Whenever it tallies up the score at the end, it bombs out. It's occurred six times in a row for me.

Some folks are reporting crashes while playing (on the level of OlliOlli or worse).
Anecdotally I can say that I haven't had any crashes after playing for several hours and that the controls are responsive and it is addictive in that 'I just need to get a perfect run' sort of way.

That's interesting that you (and some other users) haven't encountered a crash yet. I'm wondering if I should just delete the game and start over from scratch. I hate to lose my progress so far, but at this point I apparently can't make any further progress anyway.

No PS+ to upload your save to?
At any rate maybe you've played more than me, or encountered a bug that I'm not at yet. I will say I played until my Vita battery went flat last night.

Having problems getting my $10 PSN voucher for the PLAY2014 promo:

I had to get in touch with them 4 times before I got my refund for a game I bought, the license for it stopped working and dit isappeared from my download list. Three of them told me I'd have to go through phone support (which I couldn't, because I work throughout their working hours). The fourth attendant was able to help me and give me my refund.

It took me 6h of my life. I spent one week sleeping 3h per night. But at least I got my money back.
Try online again if need be, and I hope you are more lucky next time with such a horrible, terrible costumer service.

I'm not against moesluts dancing but I'm against waifu offtopic talking. Everyone knows naoto is the best one.haha I'm joking. Anyhow I'm enjoying rouge legacy a lot. Its heavily inspired on the metroidvanias but it adds certain personality. I keep dying thou.

Yes, I've backed up my save to PS+ storage area. One time after crashing, the game told me that my save file was corrupt, so I downloaded my file from PS+ back to the system.

The error I've been getting is C2-12828-1. This page said that it could be caused by "invalid processing on the application side" and might result in a corrupt save file.

A few minutes ago, I decided to delete Joe Danger, download the game again from PlayStation Store, and start over with a fresh save file. After finishing the first level, the game bombed out while tallying scores at the scoreboard.

I repeated this entire process (erasing the game and downloading it again), and the same thing happened again at the score tally for the first level.

I've removed the game from my memory card again. I'm really not sure what's causing this, but I can't continue to waste time "trying" to bypass it. It's possible that the memory card is corrupt (I sure hope not), but none of my other games have presented a problem like this.

id let you spelunk me

still waiting for Jacob Jones Episode 2 Vita... sigh

Im almost a lost case on the matter, there was a time when I cared about what happened in Episode 2... But now?

They really need to get a Platinum trophy attached to the game as more episodes are released, like what Telltale did with The Walking Dead, that might entice a lot of people to return.

Same issue here. Played fine for 5 hours or so, and then crashed, which ended up corrupting my save. Redownloaded the game, and now every time I boot it, it crashes after completing a level. Looks like it happens as it tries to load the leaderboards.

Nice to see you're enjoying Rogue Legacy! Don't worry about dying. It took me about 140 runs before I even beat the first boss. :P

What good scrubs, what's real good? I gots dat DanganRonpa 2~

They're an indie dev, heck they just RECENTLY announced Ep. 1 for Steam!

It's comforting to know that it's not just me, then. At the same time, it sucks that it's impeding our progress.

I'm sure it has something to do with the leaderboards, since that's when the problem occurs. The problem seems to be repeatable, so perhaps this could help the developers to solve the problem. I'll try popping an E-mail to Hello Games and see if they're aware of it.

Finished Danganronpa 2 yesterday, just posted my thoughts in the spoiler thread. Be careful though, it is completely unmarked and filled with spoilers.

Will try Disgaea 4 now, if I don't like it I'll go to Akiba's Trip.

Without spoiling anything I was told that chapter 4's trial is extremely hard and was told to bump the difficulty down. I'm close to that part, so my question is, is this true? I have been playing on kind so far.

Hmm...I played it on kind too, didn't had much problems in the 4th trial except for one specific thing, but even if I dialed the difficulty down it would not have helped. That specific thing though kept me stuck for a while.

EDIT: It is a bit harder, I think, but without spoiling anything I think that lowering the difficulty would not help. IMO, obviously.

Yeah I've been stuck in the previous two trials too and it took some retries, I too can't see how adjusting the difficulty would of helped me in those particular situations. Thanks, I'll just keep it the way it is, harder or not I'll figure it out.

One thing that I remembered and can say, spoiler free, about the difficulties is that I did a chapter trial twice on both difficulties, and the only major changes that I noticed were the higher time to select stuff and the absence of "white noise". I still had a crapload of bullets to choose from and Hangman's Gambit was still a pain in the ass.

Off topic: Troy Baker's voice range is awesome. I need to watch some videos of him doing Joker, my opinion of him is changing.
I'm playing Disgaea 4 at the moment.

Holy cow, that is awesome. Reading up on it makes me want to try it, especially considering I just decided to be a wisenheimer and catalog my PSN download list of over 1000 items. Not as much as some people, no, but it's a slog for sure.

Will chiggity check this out later, providing that while I am at work things don't go south with other peopls tests.

Maybe that's why they recommended that mode to me. More time to try things out and stuff, would make sense.

If anybody cares Tadeo Jones Vita game will get a sequel for PS4-PSVita based on comic adventures.

To be released this october.
The first game sold 18.000 units.

yo scea
give me a cheap but real hackey game or something
it'll sell more than 20k
i promise
you can believe me

That was never announced for Vita and I don't think it's coming. Poor form on Lucid's part IMO. You take a year to release an episode and you drop one your platforms.

Well that game probably was really cheap to make and mainly targeted to kids in Spain.

The film was quite a success here.

For a little game released only in Spain(i guess, it wasn't released in Italy for example) 18000 units are not bad at all, many bigger Japanese games do worse in Japan.

People do what Sony don't...
Filters are not perfect but it's really useful, it needs a rows count, so i know how many games i have.
Man i have many unfinished games :\

Ok PS All Stars is a lot more fun than I thought at first. Even though it is going to get repetitive, story mode isn't that long and then you are on to a new character.

Just finished the first trial and explored a little of the newly opened area in Dangan Ronpa 2, on a single battery charge. Save file says I played for 6 hours 55 minutes. Sasuga Vita 2000 battery.

I can't seem to get the greasemonkey script towork...

edit: had to refresh the page. Unit 13 is showing up as a psp game though

No new Vita games next week?

I think next week will be the first calm one in a while. Then there will be Murasaki on the 17th and Frozen Synapse + Natural Doctrine on the 24th.

Then there's the usual bunch of games that should release this month/should've been released in the past few months...

Picked up the Mass Effect Trilogy, too.

The price ($13.99 for the moment) was very good considering that you've got to buy the discs new (About $30 here in USA) in order to be sure about the codes.

Was I able to completely sort out whether I will be able to get every single piece of DLC listed in this IGN wiki? Not totally, but it seems pretty sure that I'm okay.

Here's what shows up on my Download List after purchase

-Mass Effect 7.0 GB
-Mass Effect 2 11.9 GB
-Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Pack 695 MB*
-Mass Effect 3 13.8 GB

* Connect now to receive: Zaeed, a lethal gun for hire who will join your squad, bonus armor and weapons, a series of vehicle missions, the Dark Horse interactive Mass Effect™ comic "Genesis" and more. Note: Full game also includes all of the contents of the Cerberus Pack.

And here's what additionally shows as free DLC on PSN

-Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Collection, Rebellion, Retaliation, Resurgence, Earth, Reckoning
-Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut

Natural Doctrine has been delayed to September 30th.
