Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd. You know you want it.

What's even releasing the rest of this year for Vita?

A large number of indie games (such as Bending of Issic Rebirth) alongside Tales of Hearts R and the Sagerian Kiggan (sorry for butchering the name that bad X() games (Verses and the cooking one). I'm sure there are a few more (more Omega Force games coming with one coming this month and I think another coming October/November) but those are the last 'big' ones.

Early next year the Disney Infinity 2.0 port will come to Vita and the big kickstarter games will finally start landing early spring (Mighty No. 9 and Shante :D!).

.....I'm sure we will find out more about God Eater 2: Burst and Ys but....I think that is it :l.

Sony clearly doesn't want to support the device, so who really knows what is coming :l.

Oh! Freedom Wars and Minecraft are supposed to come out this year on Vita, so you can add those to the list as well :D. Oshoka should be coming to NA/EU early next year/this fall (I think).

You know what, there are a lot of stuff coming, so just ignore this post XD!

Is PSN acting funny for anyone else? I can't log into my SEN account through a browser, even after changing my password, and I can't redeem a $20 code on the PSN store through the PS3. It tells me that an error has occurred. Just me?

Don't forget frozen synapse prime, brilliant (hopefully) strategy game...if all they did was improve upon the pc version and it has snappy controls, this could really be top shelf.

Oreshika was never announced for this year. This is one of games that will pop up whenever it feel likes too also.

I hope that, at the very least, SCEA sends off the Japan Studios Vita's swan song with a physical release in NA/EU. Though that might be asking too much for them this days.

Destiny launch day. Severs are getting hammered.

I didn't even bother after 2 tries. I remember today is the day Destiny launched, and just go playing Danganronpa 2.

you really do annoy people sometimes

i was just reminding you....those game cost more

Not really. If you actually look at the House quote it mentions four different ways Sony sees success with the Vita; a game platform in Japan, as an extender of the PS4 experience, an accessible platform for indie games, and younger players.

Of course, one could choose to ignore most of what was said and focus only on the PS4 extender business, but a quick look at Vita game announcements in this very thread should immediately debunk that silly notion.

i dont get why on Amazon there is only 1 Muramasa DLC and is not the last one... i have 5 dollars there was hoping to spend it on that DLC.

If they see success with the Vita, they would make it easier and more convenient for people to spend money on that platform, not harder.

Of course one could take that Sony is competent as a whole, but so far I believe the incompetence only comes after the Vita scene.

hmm use the $5 to buy a $10 PSN card
and use that $10 PSN card to buy the Muramasa DLC

:/ but to answer your question, I don't know why

Does anyone here know why I can't order Destiny on my US account? Doesn't work on PSN or in a web browser. It's pretty annoying..

On PSN I get a weird E-something message, and in Chrome it says I'm not eligible for making this purchase (wtf?)

What's with all the 'creepy pervy shit' hating on Gaf lately? I notice it so much more these days.

What can I say? Normally I make research before buying stuff. Just like other members, I like buying stuff I'm 100% happy with. DR games didn't seem like the kind of games to have that, so I didn't really look into it. Also, many said it's better to play these games without watching lots of video(s) (reviews) or spoiling things to get the most out of them.

In my case, is it hating if you dislike something in a game you don't want to pay money for? Are you going to get bothered about everyone who doesn't share your opinion? Let me ask you, what is it with all this hating towards people who don't like that shit in their games?

Social Justice warriors have been in DEFCON 2 mode since gamersgate started.

Pay no attention to them in the end money speaks louder when people buy what they like.

Really?

Did you really need to talk in that dismissive attitude? And to vita bros and muffins who happen to share those thoughts? Man, we need to stick together in this thread. Not be like this :/

If it's your type of story, you'll definitely want to play 2 after finishing 1.

The perverted stuff in 2 really isn't that bad. There's like 3-4 tame incidents that don't detract from everything else going on.

Although VLR is not similar to DR, I enjoyed that game a lot. I also like those type of games in general. Another Code (ds) was great, Hotel Dusk games are fun, Time Hollow, Ghost Trick, 999, Professor Layton etc.

From the way it has been described by another member, I would have been bothered. Because it sounds like it didn't have to be there and I'm sensitive towards that stuff. I make exceptions sometimes for games that are really awesome regardless. I'd like to be more harsh in the future though. I don't have to deal with it if it's that annoying. We'll see what will happen to DR2 after completing DR1.

VLR and DR actually have a ton in common, even if the latter's more erratic tone does set the two apart. It's by the same company (pre-merger though) and there's even a trophy referencing the Zero Escape series.

As for the perverted stuff, that's going to be up to the player if it has a reason for being there or not, because believe it or not, it is relevant for some deeper information regarding a few characters, information that is NOT meant to titillate. However, this isn't apparent when it happens, and you very likely will cringe when it does. Still, I would hope you forgive it in favor of all the other great stuff that's happening, but that's just me.

But yeah, nothing like that in the first game, so you can worry about that after you find out if the series is for you or not.
