Going to bed, just not feeling it. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay and production values are awesome, I just have serious Old Russia fatigue. Really poor choice on bungies part to make the beta just the opening of the game, it was all ruined.
 
So how do we use the shader from the codes that were distributed in the forum ? I can't seem to find it in in game

Is correct in saying the items you redeem on Bungie.net only unlocks for the first class you or the class you pick them up.

I tried a second class but noticed they had gone. Also I don't believe the shaders I redeemed are showing.

This happened to me in the past. Usually its a Royal Mail van that delivered the Tesco orders rather than the postman.
 
Having a great time. Destiny is fantastic on the Vita. Now it's 3 am. I can't wait to play with DestinyGAF.

just randomly ran into somebody and joined their group and did a little mission, sort of cool to be able to do that in this kind of game, at least.
 
Transferring game content. Midnight release at my GameStop was a bit cringey, guy from store was forcing free Doritos on everyone in line. But fun show up after all. 22% done, hit me up: casselld on PS4

Destiny's vehicle for lore and extra background. You won't really run into any of it in the wilderness.

You gain the Grimoire cards by doing stuff in the game. Then log onto bungie.net and read all about them. Or use the Destiny app on your smart device.

Edit: with any luck, I will get my Limited edition PS4 box today. Hype, hype.
 
someone in DGAF said they figured out how to enable clan tag but it isnt working for me

Figured out clan tag - on the conversation window here, click on 'Destiny GAF' which takes you to the clan page. choose your alliance and you should see set as xbox\ps4 clan

Do bosses still have ridiculous amounts of health?

Do enemies till have static respawn locations?

Are the areas much larger than we were led to believe from the beta?

Are drops a lot more frequent now?

These were my main issues with the game and will determine whether I keep or flip my copy. Game has so much potential but it also could be a huge let down depending on these factors.

Yep, restore licenses worked for me. I now see the level 5 vanguard armory preorder stuff at the vendor.

Ok, new dumb question, where is the ghost skin?
 
My brother and I have the same PS4 Difital Guardian Edition and the same codes from Reddit that have been "used." He got them all from the Postmaster person under special orders. I only received Beta emblem WTF ha

OT2! I thought it'd go up before 3am EST.

Man, I've been dicking around outside of game on my new ps4 too long. I need to get back in teh game.
 
I have to crash, but just wanted to put some impressions of the Xbox One version for those that are interested.

Game is running very smooth, it seems smoother than the beta actually. Visually, to me at least it looks a lot cleaner, perhaps the 1080p bump is helping mostly, but just seems that there are a lot less jaggies and the IQ seems to be really clean.

The other thing I noticed is that the hud elements are at the angle, like some have said the PS4 version was like. This is fine with me, but it really looks shitty when in 3rd person mode and the text is at the angle that it is, basically makes stuff look slanted when in 3rd person mode.

Outside of that, very impressed with the improvements to the Xbox One version coming from the beta. I did play the PS4 Beta & Alpha and back when I played those and the Xbox One 900p version, I thought they looked pretty damn close, even though the Xbox One beta was at 900p. With the final and the resolution bump, I was worried framerate would be a victim, but in actuality the game seems to be smoother than during the beta and as previously mentioned, overall IQ seems to be a lot better.

Good job Bungie! I am impressed. I wish I did not need to sleep because all I want to do is play the game!!! Argghhhhhhhhh
 
Played until 2am last night. Apparently I looked hung over this morning.

I know it's the exact same content I played to death during both the alpha and the beta, but this is some seriously exciting shit. The thought of me running out of new explorable content is terrifying the hell out of me already though. It's a beautiful universe and I just want to keep exploring it.

I watched couple of streams last night and as far as i saw enemies do spawn on same locations.
