So what are the general impressions of the game? I've been hearing mixed things.

Everyone I've played with has been loving it, it's even more polished than the Beta which is an achievement in itself.

There have been a few tech issues such as missing items from CE/LE versions (and some clan mates are saying they have a centipede error whatever that is), but apart from that - 9.5/10, would buy again.

So each class gets certain Vanguard Armory Weapons, looks like you need to do tutorial for other classes, got to Tower, buy the other weapons not offered by your class, trade them by putting them in them in the Vault

Warlocks don't get access to Shotty, Scout, Machine Gun...
Had to go become Titan to get those =/

Also looks like you get 1 set of stuff, then trade your Pre-Order/DLC stuff through the Vault...
So all those things you don't need, put into Vault, so your other chars can use them

Just create a Titan, do tutorial, speed run it, took me 10 minutes

Get to tower, go to Vanguard dude, buy the stuff, put in vault, switch to main char, grab gear
Remember all 3 chars you create share glimmer
I had roughly 5000+ glimmer, bought my pieces, I think each piece is 250

Many of my friends and I struggled with PvP in the beta.. something just seemed off to us and we have thousands of hours in Halo and other console shooters. I think it is going to take some time to figure out how to play the PvP for me at least.

I certainly did not enjoy my time with it which was a let down for me but going to go into the full release with an open mind.

Plus the Vanguard weapons require level 5 to buy so you'd have to create a Titan, level up to level 5, buy scout/auto, pop it in the vault then transfer it over.

I agree with you 100% you'll find better in the wild sooner.
