Of course not. But things do look suspiciously fantastic at times.
Not saying it's a big deal. Publishers do this sort of thing all the time.
I mean, look at this screenshot. It's incredibly clean, and that motion blur on the train is incredibly good.

You can tweak the shutter speed in photo mode to get that effect (probably, every other Forza has that feature) so it should be something you can remove of you want to.The footage does not have that MB... So it's either added by photomode, or added offline. I'm going with photomode since it doesn't render in realtime anyway.

That bass drop though..

What doesn't render in real time in photomode? Everything is real time.
Unless you're talking about the high-res grabs from Forza 5 and GT5.
What you see is what you get. The MB comes from playing with shutter speed.
Sorry, by realtime I meant render it at 30fps. In photomode they usually give more time to render the photo so some post process can be very artifact free. What doesn't render in real time in photomode? Everything is real time.

Yeah, it's perfectly possible that's a photomode shot. I never said I was sure the footage or screens had been doctored.
Photomode uses a higher-quality motion blur than the version you see in realtime during gameplay/replays. I think it actually does it "properly" by rendering a bunch of separate frames based on the shutter speed, and blending them together, rather than the single-frame image-space hacks used in realtime, as the photomode doesn't suffer the usual artifacts visible in realtime motion blur implementations (overlapping objects blend together correctly, etc).
Bastards. I watched this trailer this morning and just now got home with an Xbone!
Because why not.

This probably is directly from the game, as I see puddles/reflections? popping in down the road. This game looks stunning though and I may buy digital so I can always fire it up without needing the disc.
If you look at the road in the distance, you can see a puddle pop in. I'm pretty sure its ingame and not fake.

Horizon is unfortunately 30fps just like DriveClub.
Its Forza Motorsport that is always 60fps.
Soooo want. Just picked up a XboxOne the other day mainly for this and Sunset Overdrive. Really excited for this but is Forza 5 any good? Does it play anything like this? I am a big fan of open world racing games.

Forza is MS' Gran Turismo, so it's not open road, just "regular" racing.
Huh, doesn't sound like my kind of game. Thanks. At least I get a demo next week for FH2!![]()
Not going to talk about graphics, music or anything technical, just want to say that this looks too much FUN.
Can't wait.
Here's some new footage,

Game looks fucking beautiful and so much fun.
I think that might be a reflection of the trees but yeah, pretty sure it's in-game.
